• Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and validate client requirements • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions • Provide expert guidance on time management best practices and solution capabilities • Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, and project documentation • Support data migration, integration design, and end-to-end testing activities • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations • Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development • Mentor and support junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry trends

• Lead complex SAP IBP programs and planning transformations across multiple industries from pre-sales through to go-live and optimisation • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping planning strategy, operating model and solution roadmap • Own end-to-end solution architecture across IBP modules including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP and Response (as required) • Lead high-impact workshops to define processes, confirm scope, and align business and technical stakeholders • Provide design authority across planning area design, master data approach, key figure modelling and integration strategy • Oversee delivery quality across the project lifecycle including governance, RAID management, testing strategy and cutover readiness • Lead and support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, estimates, proposals and RFP responses • Guide teams on best practice solution design, documentation standards and delivery methodology • Mentor and develop consultants, supporting capability uplift and knowledge sharing across the practice • Provide post-go-live advisory, continuous improvement recommendations and value-realisation initiatives

• Design, develop and support ABAP solutions within S/4HANA Public Cloud environments • Build and extend applications using ABAP Cloud and SAP‑approved development frameworks • Develop integrations, extensions and side‑by‑side applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) • Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ensure developments adhere to SAP clean core principles and cloud extensibility guidelines • Participate in key project phases including design workshops, build, testing and go‑live support • Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Translate payroll business requirements into SAP Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) functional designs. • Support end‑to‑end SAP Payroll implementations, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go‑live support. • Assist with the configuration of payroll rules, wage types, schemas, and calculations in line with Australian payroll legislation. • Participate in client workshops to understand current‑state payroll processes and design future‑state SAP solutions. • Support payroll testing activities, including unit, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing. • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and payroll compliance activities. • Work closely with senior consultants to build SAP functional and consulting capability.

• Provide hands-on SAP Security support across ECC, S/4HANA and SAP Public Cloud environments • Design, build and maintain SAP roles and authorisations using PFCG • Maintain and troubleshoot SU24 and SU25 data and resolve authorisation issues • Support Fiori security configuration including catalogue and group assignments • Support BAU/AMS activities including user provisioning, access requests and incident resolution • Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control including access risk analysis and remediation • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align security design with business processes • Assist with security activities for project work including enhancements, upgrades and new implementations • Support audit, compliance and segregation of duties requirements • Create and maintain clear technical and process documentation for customers and internal use
