OpsArmy

• Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations • Own Salesforce reporting, including: Enterprise vs. mid-market segmentation, Deal size by rep, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics • Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce sync • Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, including: Clay (data enrichment + workflows), AI-powered GTM tools • Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership • Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systems

Job Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce fundamentals: Reporting, dashboards, workflow automation
  • Custom fields, objects, and process builder/flows
  • Experience with CRM data and GTM workflows
  • HubSpot + Salesforce integration experience
  • Clay power user or experience with enrichment tools
  • Comfortable using modern AI tools
  • Experience with systems that sync into Salesforce
  • Basic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL)
  • Data analytics experience
  • Hex or BI dashboarding
  • GTM engineering exposure
