Job Description As a Data Analytics Consultant , you will work with our newest customers who are just starting their Digital Experience journey with Dynatrace. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients that span across many different verticals (retail, auto, finance, travel, etc.) to help foster engagement and usage of the Dynatrace Digital Experience components. Your main objective will be to help the customer understand why Digital Experience is critical to their monitoring strategy, while also helping them to take their first steps in Dynatrace tool usage. To achieve your goals, you will receive training to become an expert in our Digital Experience components of Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Session Replay. You will be equal parts product evangelist and data analyst as you help customers take their first steps towards solving their most critical data-driven business problems. This role requires excellent customer-facing communication skills as well as great collaboration skills as you work with our internal Dynatrace account teams to help drive digital transformation for our customers.
