• Support several high-impact projects that advance the statewide implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) and supplemental materials that align with revised science standards. • Lead the development of a cohesive, state-approved design framework for the initial release of K–2 supplemental science units, ensuring materials are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for district, educator, and student use. • Apply this design framework to existing Tennessee-adapted units and collaborate on the preparation of nine additional units for a later release. • Provide ongoing support in accessibility compliance and graphic design across a range of related Academics projects, ensuring all deliverables meet state and federal accessibility standards and align with TDOE branding expectations. • Help ensure coherence across materials, timely completion of deliverables, and effective implementation aligned to the statewide work plan under coordination of the division's leadership and project owners.

• Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes. • Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities including configuration validation, issue triage, and operational readiness testing. • Assist with support and stabilization activities related to Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts. • Assist with troubleshooting production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and related integrations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate system functionality. • Participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities. • Collaborate with existing Oracle ERP Analysts, implementation team, and project teams supporting regression testing efforts for Oracle quarterly updates and Phase 2 deployment activities. • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and testing scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. • Participate in the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and functional teams. • Validate defect resolutions and retest fixes across integrated Oracle environments. • Assist in development of risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans. • Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities. • Support testing coordination across integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and security roles. • Assist with improving overall testing maturity and standardization processes within the Oracle environment. • Support Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness activities. • Assist with environment validation activities following refreshes, patches, or configuration changes. • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams on configuration validation and migration activities. • Participate in status meetings, issue review sessions, and operational planning discussions. • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support as needed.
• Lead administration of the IBM InfoSphere DataStage platform (11.7) including installation, configuration, and ongoing platform management. • Configure and manage DataStage components including engine tier, services tier, repositories, and project environments. • Support promotion and deployment of ETL assets across development, test, and production environments. • Analyze and optimize DataStage job performance and troubleshoot ETL bottlenecks and performance issues affecting batch processing windows. • Collaborate with development teams to improve ETL design patterns and job performance. • Administer enterprise job orchestration tools such as RunDeck, Control-M, or similar scheduling platforms used to manage ETL batch workloads. • Monitor batch execution and troubleshoot job failures across the ETL pipeline and develop operational procedures for job restart, failure recovery, and incident response. • Provide operational support for the Cognos Analytics reporting platform (v 12.1.0). • Monitor Cognos services and assist with platform troubleshooting and operational stability. • Support deployment and promotion of Cognos reports and packages across environments.
