• Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes. • Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities including configuration validation, issue triage, and operational readiness testing. • Assist with support and stabilization activities related to Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts. • Assist with troubleshooting production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and related integrations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate system functionality. • Participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities. • Collaborate with existing Oracle ERP Analysts, implementation team, and project teams supporting regression testing efforts for Oracle quarterly updates and Phase 2 deployment activities. • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and testing scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. • Participate in the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and functional teams. • Validate defect resolutions and retest fixes across integrated Oracle environments. • Assist in development of risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans. • Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities. • Support testing coordination across integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and security roles. • Assist with improving overall testing maturity and standardization processes within the Oracle environment. • Support Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness activities. • Assist with environment validation activities following refreshes, patches, or configuration changes. • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams on configuration validation and migration activities. • Participate in status meetings, issue review sessions, and operational planning discussions. • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support as needed.
• Lead administration of the IBM InfoSphere DataStage platform (11.7) including installation, configuration, and ongoing platform management. • Configure and manage DataStage components including engine tier, services tier, repositories, and project environments. • Support promotion and deployment of ETL assets across development, test, and production environments. • Analyze and optimize DataStage job performance and troubleshoot ETL bottlenecks and performance issues affecting batch processing windows. • Collaborate with development teams to improve ETL design patterns and job performance. • Administer enterprise job orchestration tools such as RunDeck, Control-M, or similar scheduling platforms used to manage ETL batch workloads. • Monitor batch execution and troubleshoot job failures across the ETL pipeline and develop operational procedures for job restart, failure recovery, and incident response. • Provide operational support for the Cognos Analytics reporting platform (v 12.1.0). • Monitor Cognos services and assist with platform troubleshooting and operational stability. • Support deployment and promotion of Cognos reports and packages across environments.
• In this role, you will be a key player in our Oracle-based development projects, bridging the gap between database architecture and application functionality. • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Architecting, designing, developing, and documenting structures for complex permitting applications. • Fixing and developing application changes to meet functional and technical designs while adhering to coding standards and SDLC best practices. • Debugging applications and ensuring specifications are met before integrating new modules and upgrades into the live production database system. • Engaging with business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. • Supporting production systems by analyzing and resolving problems in a timely manner, and resolving end-user service requests. • Preparing clear, comprehensive technical documentation for application specifications. • Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings. • Taking a customer-centric approach to problem-solving: responding promptly to stakeholder needs, soliciting feedback, and managing expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. • Build and optimize data pipelines for Medicaid/MMIS data processing and reporting. • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources including mainframe, relational databases, and external systems. • Collaborate with data architects to implement scalable and reusable ETL frameworks. • Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity. • Optimize job performance and troubleshoot ETL failures and data issues. • Work with large datasets including claims, eligibility, provider, and reference data. • Support data integration between legacy systems, data warehouses, and cloud environments. • Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data mappings. • Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Conduct requirements workshops with the business, HIT, IT, and operational stakeholders • Review and validate the BugTrack Excel extract structure • Build a Power BI data model optimized for large datasets • Develop visualizations for ticket volume, aging, type, category, priority, facility, and AVATAR metrics • Create filters, drill-downs, and role-based views • Establish refresh logic and data-quality validation steps • Iterate with stakeholders to refine usability and accuracy • Mentor and train DBHDS identified SMEs for long-term maintenance • Create and develop documentation supporting the dashboards
• Build end‑to‑end business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) with integrated AI capabilities. • Develop, train, and deploy AI Builder models including document processing, prediction, classification, object detection, and generative AI features. • Design and orchestrate Azure AI Foundry solutions, including GPT‑4/4o models, embeddings, vector search, prompt flows, and evaluation pipelines. • Integrate Azure AI models with Power Apps and Power Automate using custom connectors, RESTAPIs, and Dataverse. • Create secure, governed, and scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards. • Implement prompt engineering best practices, including grounding data, safety controls, and iterative evaluation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI‑enabled workflows and applications. • Apply responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and model monitoring. • Support ALM processes using GitHub or Azure DevOps for Power Platform solutions. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI models and application performance.
• This position will work within the Architecture team to assist the development of TEA's Complaint Case Management System by providing Software Development Services • Perform technical analysis by reviewing the user requirements and create design documents • Perform coding adhering to TEA and industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements • Perform testing verifying they match the requirements, including the creation of test data, test cases and test scripts • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required (i.e., design documents, process flows, object or data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.) • Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work on tasks such as providing development effort estimates, discussing architecture and design, triaging, and resolving defects or issues in multiple environments and providing status on work assignments or issues
