Job Description To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Professional Services ERP Project Manager. You will be an Engagement Manager to ensure successful deployments of Rockwell Automation's Plex ERP, MES and QMS solutions in the manufacturing industry. The ERP Project Manager will be the project owner. This person will manage deployments of cloud-based software solutions. Additionally, they will address risks and issues in creative and effective ways. The goal is to ensure a successful implementation outcome through Go Live. This role can work out of our Troy, MI office, or remotely in the United States. Your Responsibilities: - Champion Plex's implementation methodology and lead it through each project - Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services project team resources and ensure consistent quality of services delivery during the project - Lead the Plex and customer project team to proactively identify / resolve all risks and issues that could impact project scope, schedule, or budget - Responsible for revenue forecasting and attainment for assigned projects - Lead Customer Steering Committee meetings, Milestone Events, and internal Portfolio Reviews for assigned projects - Partner with the PMO to improve our tools and processes - Ensure that projects are staffed and planned effectively in collaboration with resource management - Ensure that assigned projects are delivered within budget, time, and to the SOW. Identify and approve out of scope activities proactively to ensure they are managed through the project change process. - Become a in Plex Manufacturing Cloud Core Modules and maintain current knowledge of product releases - Identify opportunities to position additional Professional Service offerings within a project or at project close.
