Role Description We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own execution across multiple ecommerce brands and ensure smooth coordination between creative, paid media, copy, and UGC teams. This is not a passive coordination role. You will be responsible for making sure work gets delivered on time, at speed, and at quality. - Execution & Delivery Management - Manage day-to-day execution across: - Creative - Copy - Paid media - UGC / Influencer - Ensure weekly deliverables are clearly planned and shipped on time - Workflow & Task Management - Own task management systems (Monday / Notion) - Ensure every task has: - Clear brief - Defined owner - Deadline - Maintain clean and structured workflows across brands - Creative Experimentation & Testing Tracker (Critical Ownership) - Own and maintain the Creative Experimentation Sheet for each brand - Ensure it is: - Regularly updated - Structured and actionable - Reflecting all ongoing and upcoming tests - Coordinate with: - POD (founder-facing team) - COE teams (Creative, Copy, UGC, Paid Media) - Ensure: - New test ideas are captured - Hypotheses are clearly defined - Status of each experiment is updated - Learnings from winning/losing creatives are documented - Creative & Campaign Pipeline Management - Ensure a 3–4 week creative pipeline buffer across brands - Coordinate iterations of winning ad concepts - Ensure teams are always ahead, not reacting - POD Coordination & Internal Alignment (MOMs & Communication Flow) - Act as the bridge between POD (founder-facing roles) and internal execution teams - Take ownership of: - Capturing key updates from Brand/POD meetings - Reviewing and structuring MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) - Ensure: - Clear translation of Brand feedback into actionable tasks - Priorities are aligned across teams - No critical information is lost or misinterpreted - Proactively share: - Updates with Creative, Paid, Copy, and UGC teams - Changes in strategy, priorities, or deliverables - Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the bridge between: - Creative team - Paid media team - UGC / Influencer team - Ensure alignment on campaign goals, testing roadmap, and execution priorities - Delivery Tracking & Escalation - Track: - Deadlines - Blockers - Delays - Escalate risks early before they impact performance Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in: - Digital marketing agency OR ecommerce brand - Strong understanding of: - Performance marketing workflows (Meta preferred) - Creative testing cycles - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Strong task structuring & organization - Clear communication - High attention to detail - Ability to translate strategy into execution tasks - Ability to manage multiple brands/workstreams Requirements - What Will Not Work: - Candidates who only give status updates - Candidates without marketing execution exposure - Candidates who fail to maintain structured trackers or systems - Candidates who need constant follow-ups Key Performance Indicators - No missed deadlines - Creative experimentation sheet is always updated and actionable - Creative pipeline is always ahead of schedule - Internal teams are fully aligned with POD/client expectations - No confusion across teams on priorities or deliverables - U-I priority management Company Values - Accountability - own your part in it first. - Collaboration - take initiative with discipline and humility. - Resilience - to be steadfast, assess, and bounce back. - Selflessness - ‘what does it take to scale’. - Fun - be present and connect.
