• Be the pre-sales technical expert and trusted advisor for OTTO AMR solutions, supporting customers and partners throughout the sales cycle. • Evaluate customer requirements, RFQs/RFPs, operational workflows, facility layouts, and material handling challenges to develop scalable automation solutions. • Design, document, and present technical solutions, including fleet sizing, third-party integrations, deployment concepts, business cases, and implementation recommendations. • Partner with Sales Account Managers on customer strategy, solution development, proposals, and executive presentations. • Conduct site assessments, product demonstrations, feasibility studies, and cycle-time analyses. • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, project, system integration, and third-party partner teams to ensure solution viability and deployment readiness. • Enable deployment teams by providing solution concepts, risk assessments, preliminary project plans, and responsibility matrices. • Capture and share customer and market insights to influence product strategy, portfolio development, and continuous improvement programs.
• Define and support OEM segment marketing strategies based on machine builder requirements, technology trends, and application needs. • Analyze applications, use cases, machine and equipment trends, and industry developments to identify gaps, uncover opportunities, and define competitive positioning that strengthens marketing campaigns. • Use relationships with key OEMs to understand their challenges, machine design requirements, and standardization needs, and develop targeted co-marketing strategies. • Partner with portfolio marketing teams to position offerings for OEMs by communicating their technical and lifetime value in alignment with desired outcomes. • Contribute to use-case definition, creation of case studies and solution frameworks for key OEM segments. • Collaborate with marketing teams on trade shows, technical content, and customer-facing materials, ensuring engineering relevance and accuracy. • Help evaluate strategic marketing initiatives and investments by assessing OEM adoption, technical fit, and market impact. • Contribute to planning and prioritization of OEM-focused marketing initiatives and resource allocation. • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Business Units to align on OEM priorities and support marketing campaign execution. • Gather direct and indirect feedback from OEMs and machine builders, translating it into actionable insights for marketing activities development in the campaign. • Support development of the Rockwell Automation Industry Strategic Plan (BSR).
• Indirectly lead a team of resources and executes a disciplined sales process to ensure opportunities exist to achieve or exceed annual sales goals. • Develop strategies and plans toward long-term customer relationships/advocacy and use resources to the highest priorities to create demand. • Articulate the annual value stream of the strategic partnership between the customer and Rockwell Automation ecosystem; to both the customer and Rockwell leadership. • Communicate digital transformation outcomes as it applies to renewable energy, and drive innovation within the strategic account. • Develop and maintain key executive relationships for long-term business success. • Coordinate cross-territory/region/country pursuits with appropriate sales teams and partners for account sites. • Analyze industry macro-trends and provide ongoing market intelligence, monthly sales activity reports, forecasting, and ad-hoc feedback. • Document the competitive landscape by geography, customer type and segment with a pursuit strategy to develop and defend our position. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Sales management team and corporate management regarding dynamics, performance, and sales opportunities. • Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. • Support on-site commissioning and integration of systems, including hardware verification, network setup, software configuration, and safety checks. • Complete acceptance testing, document results, and help resolve readiness gaps before go-live. • Respond to real-time issues during deployment and go-live periods through hands-on troubleshooting, log review, triage, and escalation to engineering when needed. • Conduct preventative maintenance audits, minor repairs, retrofits, and recalls on deployed AMRs. • Deliver training to customer personnel on system operations, maintenance, and best practices. • Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Services, and Systems Engineering team members to resolve customer issues and convey field feedback. • Manage AMR fleet status, help track repairs, and support documentation updates. • Communicate with customer teams, ensuring visibility into deployment status and issue resolution. • Support after-hours or on-call coverage as required during the project.
• Lead a team of 14 Field Service Engineers and manage their utilization in the territory • Deploy Field Service Engineers for projects and serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to field labor • Manage Field Labor financials, provide forecasting for the business and develop all resource planning • Provide commercial support in securing field labor business and partner with businesses that utilize field labor for startup and commissioning • Provide input for generating and pricing proposals. • Coach and provide guidance to Field Service Engineers, Proposal Leads, and Project Admins

Qualifications - 5 years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience in a multinational/global organisation. - Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience. - Experience managing and protecting confidential data. - Prior experience managing outsourced vendors. - Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions. - Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration. - Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams. • Work with Rockwell Automation's traded good suppliers, business units, IT support team and sourcing organization to onboard Rockwell Automation suppliers into the serialization and registration program • Primary job responsibilities include onboarding suppliers, working with IT to coordinate and validate supplier data through the different environments, and monitoring that suppliers are continuing to send good quality data • Report to the Director, Revenue and Brand Protection • Contact suppliers based on priority to introduce program and assess readiness • Work directly with IT development team to onboard new suppliers and promote them from lower environments to product • Identify any supplier issues to ensure good quality serial data and gaps in data • Manage PowerBI reporting and identify gaps for proactive monitoring and detection of supplier issues • Ensure compliance with ESPR plans and support the ESPR program • Support the Product Serialization and Registration and gray market initiatives
