On this program, we deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system, IT Storefront, Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Responsibilities: - Provide expert level development support for the implementation of an IT Storefront in ServiceNow. - Collaborate with Senior leadership and a diverse team on the criteria and process maps required for the continued build out of the IT Storefront. - Design, develop and test technical solutions. - Create and manage scripts and workflows/flows. - Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources. - Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms. - Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. - Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports. - Participate in engagements with customers to gather their needs, design customized solutions, and present these solutions effectively, from initial discussions through implementation. - Play a key role in the development of the long-term strategy and strategic direction for ServiceNow Services including the formulation of capability roadmap. - Engage in workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present and validate solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs. - Understand and drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity. - Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues. - Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform. - Contribute to architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state. Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues, or other architectural concerns with the platform, with a strong focus on data security, privacy, and compliance regulations. - Contribute to data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Qualifications: Required: - U.S. Citizen - Active DoD Secret clearance OR the ability to obtain - 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience). - Certified ServiceNow Developer - Advanced level of ServiceNow development skills required. - A strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB. - Significant experience with complex catalog items and supporting flows. - JavaScript/AngularJS development experience. - System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP - Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies with ability to perform in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. - Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. - Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integrations and security framework - Experience leading ServiceNow engagements through design, development, implementation and maintenance cycles. - Experience in Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and SecDevOps processes and tools.
