• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives. • Prepare CACI IDT products and services quotes, while maintaining accurate detail in CACI IDT CRM toolset • Prospect for and qualify new account opportunities in support of named Account Executive account support as well as named direct account responsibility. • Maintain and establish a daily, weekly, monthly call plan that will capture all prospective customers within the assigned territory • Maintain a high level of sales activity including cold calling/prospecting and bid board deal identification, quoting, and closure with Revenue and Gross Profit quotas within named “direct” accounts • Work collaboratively with all other company organizations as required • Deliver timely, accurate sales forecasts and reports as outlined by Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Account Executives • Actively participate in all partner certification activities, professional development activities, and training classes. • Participate in product meetings, seminars, and training schools to enhance and maintain personal and professional growth • Maintain professional relationship with all coworkers, customers, and business partners. • Attend customer and partner meetings within assigned territory • Support the Account team in their presentation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Account Reviews conducted at the request of the Executive Team

• Lead the solution design, deployment, testing, and operational transition of a new Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant • Guide technical discussions with senior executives and stakeholders to shape enterprise collaboration and modernization strategies • Architect collaboration, security, governance, and automation across Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, and Copilot for M365 • Develop enterprise policies for content sharing, collaboration, data protection, retention, and Teams lifecycle management • Design and implement governance for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven workflows supporting mission operations • Integrate Microsoft 365 with Dynamics 365 workloads and mission-specific business applications • Develop engineering documentation such as HLDs, LLDs, governance playbooks, SOPs, and automation runbooks • Work with security, compliance, SOC, and ICAM teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with federal requirements, Zero Trust, and tenant baselines • Deliver a Microsoft 365 roadmap and lead enterprise adoption of new cloud capabilities

• Lead and manage iFAMS user provisioning activities. • Modernize manual provisioning processes using automation (Power Automate, Power Apps). • Evaluate roles, permissions, identity sources, and approval workflows. • Recommend and implement enterprise access control models (RBAC, ABAC, least privilege). • Collaborate with VA business, cybersecurity, IAM, and technical teams. • Support production stability, issue resolution, and operational continuity. • Develop documentation, workflows, business rules, and implementation plans. • Assist with testing, change management, training, and phased rollout.

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $69,100-$141,500. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
