No hay PMs que te mastiquen tickets. Vas a estar cerca del negocio, entendiendo por qué se construye lo que se construye, y tomando decisiones técnicas con autonomía. El equipo es chico y no hay tiempo para burocracia. Si necesitás tres reuniones para empezar a codear, no es tu lugar. Responsabilidades - Desarrollar features end-to-end (frontend + backend) con ownership completo - Diseñar e implementar APIs e integraciones con sistemas de clientes enterprise - Contribuir a la arquitectura del sistema a medida que escala en volumen y países - Trabajar directamente con el equipo de producto y operaciones para definir soluciones - Participar en code reviews y mantener la calidad del codebase - Debuggear problemas en producción. Job Requirements

  • 4+ años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software
  • Dominio de JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js y Node.js
  • Sólido manejo de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL/MySQL) y experiencia con NoSQL
  • Experiencia con REST APIs y GraphQL
  • Comodidad con Git, CI/CD y cloud (GCP o AWS)
  • Track record de entregar producto a producción en ambientes de ritmo alto
  • Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente, tomar ownership y resolver sin supervisión constante
  • Deseable
