Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering lead to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our technical support operations. Role Description The Program Manager owns the operational execution, budget, and compliance of Summit 7's NCODE program supporting the Department of the Army (DoA) and Department of War (DoW). This role drives the program from pilot phase through full production and serves as the connective layer across the Go-to-Market, Enterprise IT, Product Management, and Delivery functions. The Program Manager bridges multiple departments to keep alignment, reporting, and delivery consistent across the initiative, and reports to the Vice President of Cleared and Federal Services.
