• Design and develop enterprise-grade integration solutions using: IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM API Connect Apache Kafka, IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) • Implement API-led and event-driven architectures • Create HLD/LLD designs for integration solutions • ACE Development: Message flows, sub flows, ESQL and Java Compute nodes • Implement: Data transformation, routing, enrichment, Integration with backend systems (REST/SOAP/MQ/Kafka) • Optimize for performance and scalability • Design and implementation proxies / Service proxies / API routing layers • Use IBM API Connect to: Develop APIs and proxy layers, Implement routing, versioning, mediation logic • Apply: Request/response transformation, Traffic policies (throttling, rate limiting) • Develop Kafka-based integrations: Producers and consumers, Event streaming pipelines. • Implement real-time data integration patterns • Integrate Kafka with ACE and API layers • Develop transformation maps using IBM ITX • Handle: Complex data formats, High-volume transformations • Integrate ITX with ACE and APIs • Implement: Reusable integration components, Error handling and logging frameworks, Security patterns (OAuth, JWT, TLS) • Ensure adherence to: Coding standards, Performance benchmarks, Integration governance practices • Work closely with Enterprise architects, Application teams, Infrastructure and DevOps teams, Provide technical guidance and mentorship and Participate in solutioning, estimations, and client discussions

• Responsible for the installation, implementation, performance, testing and integrity of a large IBM MQ implementation using SMPE • Work with Development, Operations, and other technical teams on new and existing MQ project implementations • Maintain IBM MQ system options for optimum performance and availability • Maintain and improve MQ operational procedures, standards, and documentation • Ensure adherence to security policies (RACF/SAF integration) and compliance standards • Implement and maintain automation for MQ operations (e.g., queue manager recycle, health checks, alerting) • Administer MQ Queue Managers, including configuration, tuning, and performance optimization • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and execution, ensuring MQ readiness across data centers • Monitor MQ system performance, availability, and capacity, taking proactive measures to prevent issues • Ability to provide global on-call support • Work with internal and external clients in implementing MQ solutions and problem resolution • Providing dump analysis and problem determination of root causes related to system problems and outages • Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to MQ • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system software requirements to meet the organization's needs • Ensure documentation of all related operational processes and procedures

Qualifications - 5+ years experience running account P&L. - Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices. - 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end. - Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks. - Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (preferred). - Sales experience in technical solutions (preferred). Benefits - Compensation range in the U.S.: $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. - Eligibility for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program based on performance. - Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. - Participation in a sales commission plan if applicable.

• Manage the relationship between Kyndryl and our Network provider on the RTX account • Provide centralized oversight of multiple, interdependent network projects such as data center builds, network refreshes, cloud and hybrid connectivity, security enhancements, WAN/SD-WAN rollouts, vendor transitions, and major operational improvements • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities • Act as the coordination point between Network Engineering, Operations, Security, Application teams, Facilities, Finance, and vendors • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints

• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. • Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. • Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. • May be involved in customer installation and training. • Provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. • Perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using technical expertise. • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients.
