As our Sales Development Representative, PKIaaS, you’ll support HID’s success by: - Prospecting & cold calling potential new business organizations. - Building pipeline through the scheduling of prospective customer appointments. - Qualifying prospects through meaningful data gathering. - Supporting the Regional Sales Managers in building pipeline and scheduling client meetings. - Effectively communicating with prospective customers through both verbal and written communication methods. - Driving demand generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline. - Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. - Exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage potential customers. - Collaborating with RSM team to develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan. - Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com). - Working closely with pre-sales & post-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience. - Effective communications / detailed follow up with Regional Sales Managers. - Proficiently using all available tools, including Salesforce.com, Auto Dialer, Cadences, ZOOM info, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sale Navigator among others. - Targeting key prospect lists to establish relationships, set appointments and create opportunities. - Conducting weekly reviews with the Director on individual progress and meetings set. - Achieve prescribed goals of number of contacts and number of set appointments weekly. Your Experience and Background include: - BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience. - 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or enterprise software industry. - Mastery of CRM software such as Salesforce.com. - Hunter mentality with a track record of identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations. - Self-motivated with superb organizational skills.
