Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Genea

• Align with Senior RSMs in the field: • Collaborate closely with Senior RSMs in your assigned regions to understand channel needs and align sales strategies accordingly. • Maintain regular communication with Senior RSMs to ensure alignment of sales goals and customer requirements. • Support in the Enterprise: • Provide sales support for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement, as needed. • Assist in the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies. • Support the Management of Reseller Accounts: • Assist the Regional Sales Managers with specific channel accounts, driving sales activities and ensuring targets are set and met. • Build strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term collaboration. • Ensure all sellers know and understand Genea and our core value propositions. • Build an operating model with Senior RSMs for day-to-day interactions: • Develop and implement an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with RSMs to streamline communication and coordination. • Ensure that processes and workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage opportunities and provide forecasts: • Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle. • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making for SaaS, HW and Setup fees. • Closing Opportunities: • Drive the closing process for sales opportunities, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to secure deals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any obstacles to closing. • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual individual sales targets; as well as support the broader enterprise Security sales team with meeting its overall sales targets. • Quoting Opportunities: • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to resale partners • Ensure all quotes are aligned with company policies and pricing strategies. • Account Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers in assigned regions. • Manage expansions and upsell opportunities by uncovering additional needs and use cases. • Troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations quickly to keep accounts stable and supported. • Coordinate internally as needed to get customers timely answers and keep deployments moving. • Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller and channel partners. • Track account activity and expansions within CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in physical access control or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
