Role Description Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly experienced Workday Solutions Architect to join our internal team full-time. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, with a strong ability to design scalable solutions, understand the final product, and provide accurate effort estimates for complex projects. You will serve as the strategic technical lead, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives and deliver exceptional performance. Qualifications - 8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership roles. - Proven ability to estimate effort and complexity for Workday projects accurately. - Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Security. - Strong understanding of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and APIs. - Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and calculated fields. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Workday certifications in HCM and Integration (Nice-to-Have). - Experience with Workday Extend and custom applications (Nice-to-Have). - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) (Nice-to-Have). - Knowledge of global HR compliance and data privacy regulations (Nice-to-Have). • Partner with the regionally-based sales director to develop a strong working relationship with the account teams. • Thrive as a technical leader of the team not only in performing team leadership, but also getting your hands into technology. • Be the trusted advisor to your customers for all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Help customers achieve maximum value from our solution by working very closely with all resources available at Wiz.

• Understand and articulate their transition or adoption path to leveraging the Laravel ecosystem. • Proactively manage and grow a set of key enterprise accounts after the initial onboarding. • Drive complex, six-to-seven-figure sales cycles to a successful close, navigating technical buyers (developers, engineering leadership) as well as legal, procurement, and security teams. • Continue Laravel’s dedication to providing an exceptional and consultative enterprise sales experience.

• Architect and develop scalable frontend systems. • Architect and maintain reusable components. • Drive collaboration across teams, working with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. • Set and maintain frontend development standards. • Balance delivering new product features alongside managing technical debt. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend engineers. • Identify and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development efficiency. • Autonomously deliver beautiful & robust code. • Deepdive into weird edge cases and solve hard & tiny problems for our users.
