Staff Frontend Solution Architect

• Architect and develop scalable frontend systems. • Architect and maintain reusable components. • Drive collaboration across teams, working with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. • Set and maintain frontend development standards. • Balance delivering new product features alongside managing technical debt. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend engineers. • Identify and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development efficiency. • Autonomously deliver beautiful & robust code. • Deepdive into weird edge cases and solve hard & tiny problems for our users.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency with React and Next.js
- Strong experience working in a monorepo environment
- Proven ability to design, build, and evolve design systems
- Hands-on experience architecting frontends at scale
- Exposure to micro-frontend architectures
- Strong grounding in modern testing practices
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
- A focus on fast, high-quality delivery
- Natural technical leadership
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
