Solutions Architect
Laravel
• Understand and articulate their transition or adoption path to leveraging the Laravel ecosystem. • Proactively manage and grow a set of key enterprise accounts after the initial onboarding. • Drive complex, six-to-seven-figure sales cycles to a successful close, navigating technical buyers (developers, engineering leadership) as well as legal, procurement, and security teams. • Continue Laravel’s dedication to providing an exceptional and consultative enterprise sales experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven Top Performer: 5+ years of demonstrable success in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a history of consistently closing 6-7 figure deals.
- Customer-Centric: A proven track record of building true customer partnerships and putting the customer's needs ahead of short-term gains (we want builders, not just quota-hitters).
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrably able to sell effectively to technical buyers and developers.
- Bias Towards Action: Able to demonstrate comfort in an ambiguous, fast-moving, and early-stage environment; able to be self-guided, take ownership, and help create processes rather than needing them pre-defined.
- Growth Mindset: References describe you as highly coachable, collaborative, and intellectually honest. You view critical feedback as an opportunity and are willing to openly share and learn from mistakes and failures.
- Team First: A track record of acting with collaborative spirit that embraces a 'sales is a team sport mentality' and sees cross-functional teams (SEs, Marketing, Product) as critical partners in success.
- Outbound Experience: Proven record of success and delivery of outbound sales motions and building pipeline from the ground up, being able to explain how to do this in detail.
- Bonus Points If You:
- Have a deep technical understanding of web technologies (especially PHP).
- Have experience with web infrastructure, developer tools, or the open-source ecosystem.
- Have an established network within the technology company landscape.
- Have personal experience with web development or the Laravel framework.
