Business Applications Systems Administrator
NinjaOne, LLC
• Serve as the primary system administrator and SME for Airbase, Navan, NetSuite, and other SaaS business applications • Lead system configuration, workflow design, approval management, and ongoing optimization • Own user lifecycle management, access controls, and audit readiness • Monitor platform performance, integrations, scheduled jobs, and error queues • Resolve Tier 2/3 issues and coordinate escalations with vendors as needed • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to improve processes and adoption • Support and troubleshoot integrations (APIs, middleware, native connectors) • Maintain data quality through audits, reconciliations, and governance standards • Evaluate new features, manage release testing, and lead rollout communication • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials • Identify and recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise SaaS applications
- Hands-on experience with one or more of: NetSuite, Airbase, Navan, Coupa, Concur, Workday, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of financial, purchasing, expense, and ERP workflows
- Experience with roles and permissions, workflow automation, and system governance
- Familiar with API concepts, integrations, and data mapping
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; intermediate Excel/Sheets required, SQL a plus
