Job Description
System Administrator

• Administer, configure, and maintain internal tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Tability, Google Workspace, SignNow, Fireflies, Metabase, and Triple Whale. • Manage user accounts, roles, access permissions, and security policies across all systems. • Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including tool access and system setup. • Provide technical support to internal teams, including troubleshooting access, configuration, and usage issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, integrations, and tool adoption. • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices in Confluence. • Monitor system usage, security alerts, and compliance with internal IT policies. • Assist with system audits, upgrades, and evaluations. • Manage hosting and domain-related configurations, including Hostinger. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize system integrations. • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual operational tasks. • Maintain accurate documentation and provide guidance or training to team members when needed.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing ERP and SaaS tools.
- Hands-on experience with Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of user access management, roles, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple systems independently.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with system integrations and automation.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Experience supporting remote-first or fast-growing teams.
- Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Metabase and Triple Whale.
- Familiarity with e-signature tools (SignNow) and meeting intelligence tools (Fireflies).
- Basic knowledge of hosting, domains, and server management (Hostinger is a plus).
