Role Description As a Salesforce Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in application and software development. - 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#). - Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce. - Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS). - Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences. - Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies. - Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles. Role Description The Internal Engineering team is responsible for building ‘next generation’ products. The team is growing rapidly and needs a strong operations foundation to build on. This role will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and plans are communicated with transparency to key stakeholders and leadership. Vendor coordination and management is also required. Attention to detail and multitasking are essential to this role. In a nutshell, this person must always be able to answer the following essential questions: - Clarity on Workload: What is the team and what are individuals currently working on? - Progress Assessment: Is the work on schedule? - Delivery Timeline: When is the task or body of work expected to be completed? Responsibilities: - Participate in and help facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. - Assist in risk identification, and mitigation; escalate blockers in a timely manner. - Help develop and maintain program schedules, task tracking, and milestone alignment using established templates and tools. - Coordinate with international engineering, manufacturing, and vendor partners, with occasional flexibility in work hours to support global time zones. - Contribute to Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), and Product Validation Testing (PVT) phases, including release planning, validation tracking, and communication. - Support alignment and integration between hardware development timelines and companion mobile application development. - Maintain program status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, including regular updates to leadership. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to PMO tools and template enhancements. - Assist with go-to-market activities such as launch readiness reviews and coordination of sales and marketing materials.
