Job Description

Salesforce Enterprise Program Manager

Productiv Team

Role Description We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Program Manager to lead a multi-year, high-stakes organizational restructure for one of our premier clients. This isn’t just about moving boxes on an org chart; it’s about reimagining how a global enterprise operates from the ground up. You will be the architect of change, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, speaks fluent "Executive," and has a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformations—specifically involving Enterprise Architecture mapping and Salesforce ecosystem migrations. - Strategic Oversight: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global enterprise restructure, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical roadmaps. - Architecture Mapping: Partner with Enterprise Architects to document "As-Is" states and design scalable "To-Be" blueprints that optimize business processes and data flow. - Salesforce Transformation: Oversee a large-scale Salesforce migration/consolidation, ensuring data integrity, minimal business disruption, and high user adoption. - Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary liaison between C-suite executives, department heads, and technical teams to resolve conflicts and maintain program momentum. - Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify "red flags" in the restructuring process, managing complex dependencies across multiple workstreams. - Governance: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including steering committee cadences and KPI tracking. - Scope Management: Ensure successful solution integration and acceptance by the customer, based on the contracted scope. - Lead technical negotiations, drive execution across project streams, and mitigate risks. - Coordinate resolution of technical issues and establish support processes with engineering teams. - Verify end-to-end quality and stability of the solution, ensuring all project KPIs are met. - Advise customers on network evolution and identify opportunities for project up-scopes. Qualifications - 10+ years in Program Management, with at least 5 years leading massive enterprise-level transformations or restructures. - Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, or Core-to-Core migrations). - You understand that restructuring is a human challenge as much as a technical one. Experience with Prosci or ADKAR is a plus. - The ability to distill complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable briefings for non-technical stakeholders. - PMP or PgMP certification required. Salesforce certifications or an MBA are highly preferred. - Self-driven, independent, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision. - Experience in configuration and change management. - Solid understanding of system engineering and integration methodologies. - Familiarity with operator business models and technology drivers. - Strong customer engagement and communication skills. Requirements - Extensive areas of expertise include: - Planning & Execution – Digital Transformations - Agile, DevOps & Release Management - Enterprise Architecture - Program and Product Management - People Management - Software Engineering - Financial Management - Vendor and Contract Management Benefits - Health (PPO) dental & vision plan – 100% covered for employee - Long/Short-term disability insurance – 100% covered for employee - Life and AD&D insurance – 100% covered for employee - 401K up to 4% matching contribution - 15 days of paid vacation – increases with tenure - 10 paid federal holidays - 12 weeks for parental leave - All our positions are Remote and are available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts
