Role Description We're looking for a GTM Systems Lead to own the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of our go-to-market stack. This is a technical role with a strong business process foundation. You'll ensure our systems are built for scale and high velocity as we grow. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of GTM systems: - Evaluating the tool landscape - Managing vendor relationships - Making recommendations on what to buy, renew, or cut This role takes a full-stack approach, from strategy and architecture through hands-on technical delivery and operational implementation. Review outputs for clarity, completeness, and correctness (UAT, etc). Ensure clean handoffs across docs, fields, logic, and instructions and know when something needs another pass before it ships. The GTM Systems Lead will own the health, access, and integrity of our GTM stack on a day-to-day basis: - Data Quality: Own data quality across the GTM stack, including ongoing hygiene, enrichment workflows, and scoring logic. Proactively identify and resolve data issues before they impact the business. - System Access & Permissions: Manage system access and permissions across all GTM tools, ensuring the right people have the right access at all times. - Tool Fluency: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the GTM tool ecosystem, understanding how tools connect, where they break, and where there are opportunities to consolidate or improve. - Vendor Management & Tool Evaluation: Own vendor relationships across the GTM stack.
