This is a technical role with a strong business process foundation. You'll ensure our systems are built for scale and high velocity as we grow. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of GTM systems: - Evaluating the tool landscape - Managing vendor relationships - Making recommendations on what to buy, renew, or cut This role takes a full-stack approach, from strategy and architecture through hands-on technical delivery and operational implementation. The GTM Systems Lead will own the health, access, and integrity of our GTM stack on a day-to-day basis: - Data Quality: Own data quality across the GTM stack, including ongoing hygiene, enrichment workflows, and scoring logic. Proactively identify and resolve data issues before they impact the business. - System Access & Permissions: Manage system access and permissions across all GTM tools, ensuring the right people have the right access at all times. - Tool Fluency: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the GTM tool ecosystem, understanding how tools connect, where they break, and where there are opportunities to consolidate or improve. - Vendor Management & Tool Evaluation: Own vendor relationships across the GTM stack. Evaluate tools against business needs and make recommendations on what to buy, renew, or cut.
