Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics and at least 2 years of experience leading Analytics efforts with an organization
  • Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database
  • Strong SQL skills + Experience with design and development of ETL processes
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Preset, PowerBI, Tableau) to build self-serve dashboards
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, V/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) required
  • Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives, etc
  • Proactive, advanced user of AI and automation tools (e.g., generative AI, code copilots, workflow automation) to accelerate analysis, improve quality, and operationalize repeatable workflows.
  • Experience with Google Platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search a plus
  • Strong preference for experience with marketplace dynamics and pricing analysis (e.g., pricing, discounting, yield analysis)
  • Strong data quality and debugging mindset; ability to reconcile results and resolve issues with BI/Engineering
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including detailing business processes and requirements
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, and project coordination skills
  • Experience with LTV/CAC, commission/incentives, and sales territory management a plus

This role is highly collaborative and requires strong operational judgment, cross-functional communication, and a deep understanding of CRM-driven workflows in a SaaS environment.
