• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analyses, including emerging trends, competitors, customer behavior, and metrics such as adoption rates, churn, trial-to-paid conversion, and industry benchmarks (e.g., growth of the electronic signature subscription market). • Define the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), map the customer journey, and identify friction points or opportunities to optimize retention and satisfaction. • Develop strategic positioning frameworks and value propositions, translating complex technical features (such as APIs and integrations) into tangible, measurable benefits. • Lead product launch planning and execution, coordinating timelines, resources, and success metrics to maximize impact. • Use data analysis tools to extract actionable insights and propose strategic adjustments aligned with business objectives. • Map direct and indirect competitors, analyzing pricing strategies, positioning, market gaps, and disruptive threats. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on revenue, adoption, and expansion goals, fostering cross-functional synergies. • Act as the “voice of the customer” in product planning, prioritizing features based on feedback and usage data to drive innovation. • Conduct customer interviews and research to identify churn drivers, upsell opportunities, and qualitative insights that inform continuous improvements. • Manage internal product communications, including training, updates, and enablement materials for sales and support teams, ensuring message consistency. • Lead internal and external stakeholder management, aligning expectations, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and resolving conflicts.
• Agent Architecture: Develop and implement AI agents for day-to-day tasks such as candidate screening, automated onboarding, internal employee support, benefits management, and internal surveys. • Flow Orchestration: Design automated workflows across key HR tools, connecting platforms such as Slack, Airtable, Gupy, ADP, and other systems within the internal ecosystem. • Applied Generative AI: Create frameworks, prompts, and intelligent flows to assist the HR team in activities such as performance reviews, job descriptions, communications, and operational analyses. • Data Culture: Organize and structure people data to support more strategic decisions, tracking metrics, trends, and opportunities through People Analytics. • Mentoring and Spreading an AI-First Culture: Mentor and enable the HR team to use automations and artificial intelligence, promoting a culture focused on innovation, efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
• Develop AI agents, assistants, bots and automations applied to Customer Success processes. • Support the mapping of AI use opportunities in routines such as onboarding, engagement, renewals, risk analysis, estimates/forecasting and decision support. • Work together with CS teams to enable practical, secure and business-aligned applications. • Build, maintain and evolve automations that support operational workflows and the scalability of the area. • Use n8n as the primary tool for maintaining, improving and expanding implemented AI solutions. • Use Python to extend existing solutions, develop new automations and create new AI applications. • Integrate solutions via APIs and automated flows, ensuring stability, traceability and alignment with business processes. • Perform maintenance, operational monitoring and continuous improvement of already implemented AI Agents. • Ensure the sustainment of production AIs by monitoring operation, stability, business alignment and opportunities for improvement. • Support balancing the roadmap between operations, enhancement of existing deliverables and development of new initiatives. • Participate in CS Ops rituals to understand operational pain points, gather requirements and support the construction of viable solutions. • Ensure governance best practices, data quality, traceability and documentation of the applied solutions.
• Implement and evolve security controls in cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. • Manage identity and access (IAM), including defining roles, policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and secure access controls. • Work with security posture tools (e.g., Config, Security Hub) for monitoring, detection, and remediation of risks. • Support hardening initiatives for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (RBAC, network policies, admission controllers). • Define and implement image governance (base images, vulnerability scanners, CVE policies). • Participate in audit and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls. • Collaborate on defining cloud architecture standards and guardrails with a security focus. • Work with the team on risk mitigation plans (WAR) and security incident response. • Support FinOps initiatives, balancing security and cost efficiency. • Automate security controls and processes using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
