Sr. Analyst, Revenue Operations
Transcend Inc.Transcend is the compliance layer for customer data, enabling enterprises to activate AI responsibly and at scale. We're building the platform that makes data governance, privacy compliance, and AI oversight seamlessly integrated across your entire tech stack. We are driven by the belief that building robust, accessible infrastructure for responsible AI and data rights is one of the most impactful ways to spend our time. To achieve this, we're assembling an ambitious and passionate team that enjoys tackling important, future-focused problems at the intersection of AI, privacy, and compliance. We're growing quickly, backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Index, 01A, StepStone Group, and HighlandX, and we are proud to serve some of the world's most iconic brands.
About the role Transcend is building the infrastructure that powers trust between people and the technology they use — our Revenue Operations team is the connective tissue that keeps our go-to-market engine running with precision, speed, and integrity. We're looking for a Senior Analyst to serve as the primary operational owner of our Deal Desk — the person Sales, Legal, CS, Finance, and Biz Ops rely on to navigate deal complexity, resolve non-standard situations, and raise the bar on how deals get done. This isn't a siloed deal desk seat. You'll also provide analytical and reporting leverage across the broader RevOps team — pipeline reporting, board deck preparation, data quality, and ad hoc analysis that informs GTM strategy. You'll work closely with two senior RevOps leaders and get visibility across the full spectrum of revenue operations. This is a remote, Exempt, Full-Time position based in the United States. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available. This role is expected to operate during core business hours aligned to U.S. time zones, with flexibility during quarter-end periods to support deal cycle demands. This role reports to the VP, Revenue Operations, with day-to-day work direction from the Senior Revenue Operations Manager on deal desk and operational workstreams. What you'll do - Deal Desk Operations (~40%) — Operational ownership of deal execution: deal structuring support, order form creation in SFDC/Nue CPQ, commercial approval workflows, contract coordination in LinkSquares, and advising AEs on pricing, discount thresholds, and approval requirements. Manage the Deal Desk case queue, maintain SLA targets, and escalate non-standard requests to leadership and Legal. - Revenue Reporting & Analytics (~20%) — Recurring dashboard maintenance, board deck data refreshes, pipeline data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and building SFDC reports that give Sales leadership real-time visibility into deal pipeline, discount trends, and Deal Desk throughput. - Systems & Process Improvement (~15%) — Manage and continuously improve the Deal Desk case management system in SFDC. Surface recurring friction points in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and partner with RevOps leadership to implement scalable solutions and processes. - Data Quality & Hygiene (~10%) — SFDC data audits, field validation monitoring, and cleanup projects that maintain revenue data integrity. - Cross-Functional Coordination (~10%) — Liaison between Sales, Legal, CS, Finance, and Biz Ops to resolve deal blockers, facilitate approvals, and ensure clean handoffs from execution to booking. Who you are What you must have: - 4–6 years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Contract Management within B2B SaaS — with hands-on experience operating (not just supporting) a deal desk or QTC process - Salesforce proficiency: reports, dashboards, list views; case management and workflow rule experience strongly preferred - Experience with order form creation and CPQ/billing tools (Nue experience is a strong plus) - Contract management platform experience (LinkSquares, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) - Strong analytical skills — can evaluate deal economics, apply pricing/discount policies, and flag risk in non-standard structures - Exceptional attention to detail without sacrificing speed - Cross-functional communication skills — equally effective with Legal, Finance, and Sales - Comfort with AI tools (Claude, etc.) to accelerate workflows and automate tasks — curiosity and willingness to experiment required, deep expertise not expected - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field — or equivalent experience What you should have: - Privacy/security/compliance SaaS experience (GDPR, CCPA familiarity in contract contexts) - Experience building or scaling a Deal Desk function from scratch - ASC 606 familiarity and understanding of how deal structure impacts revenue recognition - BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SFDC advanced reporting) for executive-facing dashboards - Strong Excel/Sheets skills for deal modeling and discount analysis - Renewals and expansion experience — multi-year, multi-product, or ramp deal structures - “Teacher mindset" — willingness to train Sales on deal desk processes and reduce upstream errors - Experience with AI and automation tooling at scale (Clay, Claude, or similar) Compensation Information - Our comprehensive compensation packages play a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to bringing data rights to everyone. - The compensation pay range represents our reasonable expectation for this role. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skillset, and geographic location. - This specific range applies to Tier 1 labor markets like the SF Bay Area and New York City; it may be adjusted based on the labor market in other geographic areas and the individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
