Key Responsibilities - Manage relationships with assigned clients and serve as the main point of contact for email marketing initiatives. - Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of email marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle flows. - Collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, and marketing automation specialists. - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. - Develop and optimize email marketing strategies aligned with client goals. - Ensure campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, segmentation, and personalization. - Prepare performance reports and present campaign results to clients. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign schedules to ensure smooth execution. - Stay up to date with email marketing trends, automation tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications - 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or digital marketing account management. - Proven experience managing client relationships in a marketing agency or marketing team. - Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and performance optimization. - Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns. - Excellent communication and client presentation skills. - Highly organized with strong project management abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights. - Experience working with eCommerce or SaaS brands is a plus.
