• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. • Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan. • Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations. • Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process. • Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates. • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation. • Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.

• Contribute to the development of technical risk engineering guidelines, bulletins, processes, and tools • Maintain current industry knowledge of losses and research of new technologies and emerging risks • Assist with complex technical property questions and plan reviews • Conduct research for technical issues where there is limited or no industry guidance • Lead training and development within risk engineering, underwriting, and external clients and organizations • Manage training enrollment and participation records • Manage the training and technical guideline libraries • Maintain and provide oversight of the development of risk engineering tools • Participate in external technical and industry groups (NFPA, CFPS, etc.)

• Conduct approximately 75-125 comprehensive examinations per year. • Travel independently up to 50% of the time. • Schedule and discuss exam expectations with the branch management. • Prepare for each exam by generating and analyzing various reports and conducting comprehensive pre-examination research. • Review exam findings with branch management. • Draft and issue high quality examination reports in a timely manner. • Educate OSJ Managers, Financial Advisors and support staff on various industry rules, regulations and firm policies during the exam. • Interpret the Written Supervisory Procedures, FINRA manual, Compliance notices and other publications concerning broker/dealer regulation. • Assist in the training of new examiners and field management as needed. • Perform for-cause exams as needed. • Present to multiple parties, including field management and upper management as needed. • Submit expense reports in a timely manner. • Archive documentation and supporting paperwork upon conclusion of examinations.
• To ensure that all projects are meeting the quality standard established at the outset of a project and that the projects progress within schedule and budget. • To review budgets and schedules presented by development partners and assess the capabilities of development partners. • To direct and/or interact with both in-house staff and outside consultants including lawyers, architects, contractors, tenants and agents in all aspects of design and construction. • The individual will be responsible for approving contractors to be included in bid lists, analyzing bids with the project managers, and awarding construction contracts. • To identify the elements of buildings that enhance the value of the property in specific markets and to make sure that the owner obtains the best quality product for the lowest cost. • To maintain an understanding of sustainable issues and follow new trends and developments in the industry in order to ensure that the company is constantly implementing best practices in sustainable design and construction. • To perform financial analysis required to evaluate investment quality of projects. • To direct several projects in different national locations simultaneously. • To continue to promote the company’s profile and build the company’s network of contacts throughout the region. • Other duties as assigned.
• Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information, along with the convenience of handling everything right over the phone. • Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products. • Establish rapport with clients and address objections. • Achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
