Lead and own the global internal communications strategy Build and execute a comprehensive, multichannel internal communications strategy that elevates engagement, accelerates transformation, and reinforces Dynatrace’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession. Develop a global editorial calendar that ensures messages are purposeful, timely, clear, and aligned with business priorities. Unify the Dynatrace voice and elevate storytelling Drive the unification of Dynatrace’s internal communications into one consistent company voice that reflects who we are, what we value, and where we’re going. Inject personality, humanity, and energy into communications, making our narrative more relatable, inspiring, and memorable across the company. Define voice and tone principles that guide leaders and communicators globally. Lead transformation and change communications Design communication strategies that guide employees through organizational change, operational shifts, and business transformation with clarity, empathy, and precision. Help teams understand the “why” behind change to stay aligned, connected, and future focused. Create high impact storytelling and enterprise campaigns Develop internal campaigns that bring our strategy, innovation, customer impact, and culture to life across global teams. Surface and amplify stories that showcase how Dynatracers everywhere deliver value, drive innovation, and live our values. Partner across the enterprise Serve as a key communications partner to People & Culture, acting as an advisor to the P&C Leadership Team. Ensure communications are integrated, consistent, scalable, and globally relevant and strengthen the endtoend employee experience. Drive excellence, measurement, and continuous improvement Establish best in class processes for planning, creating, distributing, and measuring communications. Define and track KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and guide optimization. Oversee internal channels to ensure they deliver relevance, clarity, and connection. What will help you succeedMinimum Requirements: - 12+ years of communications leadership experience, including 5+ years leading internal communications for global technology organizations. Compensation and RewardsThe targeted base pay range for this role is $190,000 to $230,000.
