Role Description Change.org is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Revenue & Product to help build and scale a modern, AI-first analytics function. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Intelligence, you’ll partner closely with Product, Finance, Growth, and Leadership teams to deliver the dashboards, models, and analyses that drive strategic business decisions. This new Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a foundational role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how we measure revenue performance, product engagement, forecasting, experimentation, and business health overall, while also helping evolve the team’s analytics stack and workflows. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and an AI-native workflow who instinctively uses LLMs, copilots, and automation to move faster and work smarter. Key Outcomes: - Own revenue reporting end-to-end: membership metrics, cohort performance, monetization trends, and funnel conversion. Use AI tooling to accelerate development and catch anomalies a human might miss. - Run deep-dive analyses on the levers that matter: Signs/QP trends, PPMU conversion, country-level dynamics, and product performance. Pair rigor with speed. - Build and evolve dashboards in Looker and Redash that people actually trust and use. Prototype quickly, validate carefully, ship often. - Co-own forecasting models alongside the Director: stress-testing assumptions, running scenarios, and surfacing patterns in cohort behavior. - Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget, translating discrepancies into clear, stakeholder-ready narratives. - Write clean, performant SQL in Redshift and maintain dbt models that power reporting. AI helps with the boilerplate; your judgment shapes the output. - Propose metric definitions and KPI frameworks in partnership with leadership, and push back when something we're measuring doesn't actually answer the question. - Interpret A/B test results and partner with product teams on measurement approaches, with honest reads of what experiments do and don't tell us. - Support product analytics for Growth and other squads, often by building lightweight tools or automations that scale your reach beyond what one analyst could do directly. Qualifications - AI-native working style. - Advanced SQL. - Financial fluency. - Strong data quality instincts. - Clear communication. - Self-direction and ownership. Requirements - 6+ years in BI, analytics, or a data role, with meaningful exposure to revenue or financial metrics. - Hands-on dbt experience in a production environment. - Proficiency with Looker and Redash (or comparable BI tools), with a track record of building dashboards people actually trust and use. - Working knowledge of a cloud data warehouse, ideally Redshift. - Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow, with concrete examples of how they've changed how you work. Benefits - This is a full time remote role based in the United States. - Annual salary of a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is $157,500 in SF/NYC, $149,500 in Austin/Boston/LA/Seattle/DC/Chicago and $134,000 in all other cities. - Benefits and perks vary based on location.
