Senior Salesforce Architect

iPEM Solutions Inc

• Design and oversee Salesforce architecture across clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or custom solutions) • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs • Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, security, integrations, and automation • Review and guide development work (admins, developers, and partners) to ensure architectural integrity • Lead system optimization, technical debt reduction, and performance improvements • Design and review integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data sync tools • Support release planning, multiple environment strategy (lower, staging, pre-prod, prod etc.), and deployment processes • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards • Provide architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture and solution design
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform limits
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
  • Must be able to work on internal and external portals and user provisioning modules
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, sharing models, and security frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead technical decisions and influence cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect needed
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in part-time, consulting, or multi-client environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience with large-scale orgs, complex data models, or multi-cloud implementations
