Job purpose: As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth and spearheading our mission to be the market-leading digital consultancy. You will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver integrated solutions—spanning strategy, CX, and technology—that solve complex business challenges for mid-to-enterprise level clients. By optimizing partnership channels and advancing our account-based marketing strategies, you will ensure a robust pipeline and the successful acquisition of innovative brands. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our market share across key industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Travel and Hospitality, and Life Sciences. In this role, you’ll get to: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets while providing direct leadership on high-value, complex opportunities. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sellers through proactive performance management, goal-setting, and continuous coaching. - Drive industry-specific expansion into Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Pharma/HLS sectors based on rigorous market potential assessments. - Collaborate with Delivery leadership to design and launch packaged offerings and accelerators as part of the global Go-To-Market plan. - Optimize revenue outcomes from key technology partnerships, including Salesforce, AWS and Shopify. - Manage ongoing pipeline analysis and provide accurate revenue forecasting to support holistic business planning cycles. - Develop and manage a process for inbound lead follow-up to ensure maximum conversion. - Deliver regular market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team to influence future service offerings and agency positioning. Job Purpose As a Senior Consultant specializing in Anthropic AI, you will sit at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture and generative AI.
