• Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (plugins, workflows, forms, JavaScript) • Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) using solutions and CI/CD tools • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Outlook (email tracking, App for Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint • Troubleshoot integration, email tracking, and sync issues
