• Review and resolve unpaid accounts to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. • Help reduce aged AR balances while meeting productivity goals. • Verify payer information, review EOBs, and correct account issues. • Document all account activity clearly and accurately. • Identify and report trends, errors or concerns. • Complete tasks and escalations within required deadlines. • Stay updated on payer changes and share relevant information. • Attend required virtual meetings with camera on. • Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Lead end-to-end requirements for complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery and scope definition to delivery. • Partner with business, product, engineering, QA and project leaders to align on approach, milestones, risks and success metrics. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze current processes, identify gaps and design improved future-state workflows. • Create and manage clear, actionable deliverables (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mapping, business rules). • Own requirements across the SDLC, ensuring traceability and effectively managing evolving scope and priorities. • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance needs. • Support QA and UAT to validate outcomes, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality releases. • Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and consistency. • Drive implementation readiness, documentation, and adoption while mentoring others and elevating BA best practices. • Other projects and duties as assigned.

• Track permits for development and expansion projects using established tools and systems. • Gather and organize required documentation for permit submissions, working closely with senior team members. • Monitor permit statuses through municipal portals, maintain accurate records, and escalate delays when needed. • Coordinate meetings for the Growth and Development team, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials. • Capture and distribute meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items. • Support recurring meetings related to development projects, site selection, and permitting updates. • Maintain and update reports on development pipeline status, permitting progress, and project milestones. • Ensure trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets remain accurate and up to date. • Compile data into basic summaries or presentations to support team decision-making. • Keep digital project files organized and accessible. • Provide general administrative support and contribute to special projects, as needed. • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with Physicians and office staff throughout a defined region, growing market share in designated regions, and promoting all brands and its clinicians. The position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of our Upstream partners. - Develop and follow an effective call strategy for assigned region to increase the referral outcomes of existing and potential partners. - Reports regularly to the Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales on the status of the plan, including progress and challenges. - Communicates often and effectively with Regional VP and VP of Sales on goals, strategies and outcomes. - Builds effective relationships with customers and community leaders in assigned region. - Works well both independently and with our team of Clinic Directors, Therapy staff and Business Office staff and peers. - Effectively presents our company information, service array, and outcomes data to existing and potential partners. - Uses reporting and data tools to convey the high quality and clinical excellence of our team members and the services they provide. - Identifies opportunities for publicity, coordinates community events, and attends and participates in Regional meetings as requested. - Requires the ability to effectively present our company information including outcomes data using appropriate medical terminology. - Other duties as assigned.
