• This is a hands-on role for a developer who is AI-native and also comfortable with traditional tooling such as version control. • The work covers bug triage, security and error alerts, backlog tasks, and compliance needs. • You will help automate the business and support the development team. • Support the development team by automating repetitive internal tasks. • Build automation for internal processes, both inside engineering and across other departments. • Triage and clear the bug backlog, including bugs in AI-generated code. • Monitor and respond to internal security alerts and error alerts. • Work through backlog tasks and internal compliance requirements. • Build internal dashboards and reporting for the engineering team. • Write scripts and prompts; manage context and select the right model for each task. • Check the reliability of agent-generated and model-generated code before it ships.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate across time zones with accuracy and follow-through • Monitor, sort, and draft responses for leadership email, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and communications are handled with professionalism • Organize and maintain digital files, shared drives, and Notion workspaces so the team always has clear, up-to-date information at hand • Support hands-on project management across events and internal initiatives. Follow up with vendors, partners, and collaborators to confirm deliverables, deadlines, and logistics • Prepare, format, and polish proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents in Canva, Keynote, and Google Suite • Support internal workflow and communication systems so the team operates efficiently as the business scales

• Own the full outbound sales process from prospecting through deal closure. • Generate qualified meetings through cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of U.S.-based enterprise and mid-market prospects. • Conduct discovery conversations and communicate service offerings clearly to prospects. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline updates, notes, and follow-ups. • Support client coordination, scheduling, proposals, and sales administration tasks. • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve messaging and identify new opportunities. • Represent the company professionally throughout the entire buyer journey.

• Architect, design, and implement modern web and mobile applications with high quality and scalability. • Write production-level code across the full stack; ensure architectural integrity and technical excellence. • Lead end-to-end technical execution for complex features and systems from design through deployment. • Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables. • Influence architectural decisions and technical direction across projects and teams. • Serve as a go-to expert across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/LLMs, frontend/backend frameworks, and DevOps practices. • Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure scalable, modern solutions that align with best practices. • Interface with international clients (primarily U.S.-based) to understand technical needs and offer expert guidance.

• Identify companies actively hiring through LinkedIn, job boards, and other prospecting tools. • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders. • Pitch qualified candidate profiles ("selling resumes") to decision makers who are hiring technical talent. • Generate new business opportunities for the CEO and recruiting team. • Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and position them effectively to potential clients. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hiring companies within HubSpot CRM. • Track all outreach activities, including calls, emails, and conversations in HubSpot. • Work closely with the recruiting team to match candidate profiles with companies that have hiring needs. • Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach and meeting generation targets.
