Role Description TrueCommerce is entering its next scale phase, and Revenue Operations is the operating system behind that plan. We are hiring a VP of Revenue Operations to build it, run it, and lead the cadence that turns strategy into execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This is a senior seat with real ownership, direct CRO partnership, and a clear purpose to help the GTM organization scale with discipline. This role is a remote opportunity or hybrid (1 day a week in office if located 30 miles of Cranberry, PA). As VP of Rev Ops you will lead a team of 3-5. Travel: estimated 15%, as business requires. The VP of Revenue Operations owns the infrastructure, cadence, and analytics that run the business. Scope spans three areas: - Sales Operations - Own CRM and pipeline infrastructure across the full opportunity lifecycle. - Improve forecasting, commit rigor, and scenario modeling with a single source of truth. - Enforce pipeline coverage standards and stage discipline to protect forecast integrity. - Own GTM reporting across weekly cadence, MOR, QBR, and board-level forums. - Establish and enforce data governance, system controls, and sales process compliance. - Translate GTM strategy into programs, incentives, and executable sales plays. - Business Operations - Own GTM planning, capacity modeling, and headcount strategy to align growth targets with resources for new and existing customer bases. - Own territory design across segment, geography, industry, and ICP to maximize coverage and productivity. - Drive quota setting, coverage modeling, and attainment distribution to ensure targets are fair, ambitious, and achievable. - Assess compensation design and plan economics to drive the right selling behaviors and outcomes. - Drive revenue data model and metric definitions across GTM and Finance. - Own S&M efficiency analysis, revenue bridge reporting, and board-level. - Own install-base operations, including ATR, GRR, NRR, and expansion analytics. - Assess, improve and uplift productivity and efficiency via our GTM technology stack across CRM, forecasting, reporting, and system integrations. - Explore, test, and operationalize AI-driven tools and workflows to improve forecasting accuracy, decision velocity, and GTM efficiency, while setting standards for responsible, scalable adoption across GTM teams. - Operating Cadence and Leadership - Own weekly forecast and deal review cadence to surface risk early and drive critical action. - Mature the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) & Quarterly Business Review (QBR) rhythm across the revenue engine. - Provide clear, forward-looking visibility to the CRO on performance, risk, and required intervention. - Establish and run an operating rhythm that gives leadership control of the quarter early. - Build, lead, and develop a high-caliber Revenue Operations team with clear accountability and standards. - Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, and order-to-revenue operations to align planning, execution, and reporting. Qualifications - 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with a scaled B2B SaaS background. - Proven ownership of forecasting, planning, territories, quotas, compensation, and executive reporting through a PE or public-company operating rhythm. - Experience presenting to boards and driving the operating cadence behind a CRO. - Deep command of SaaS metrics across ARR, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline coverage, and S&M efficiency. - Expert-level fluency in CRM management and the modern GTM tech stack, with a track record of building systems that scale. - Strong analytical judgment, executive communication, and the instincts of a builder who raises the bar for the teams around them. Requirements - This role is built for a seasoned Revenue Operations leader who has done this before, in a high-growth, multi-motion B2B SaaS business, ideally under private equity ownership. • Lead software implementation for mid-size EDI integration projects within the B2B Gateway platform • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, managing the full project lifecycle from intake through go-live with greater autonomy • Manage a portfolio of 20–30 concurrent projects and clients with minimal supervision, completing a minimum of 5 projects per month • Coordinate activities across customers, trading partners, and internal teams — including the mapper team — to ensure timely delivery • Facilitate EDI and integration testing, including troubleshooting mapping changes through our in-house project management system • Configure solutions to meet nuanced business requirements and validate functionality for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers • Conduct phone calls and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly customer status meetings • Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues; escalate only when necessary • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer expectations and aggressive timelines • Provide proactive status updates and maintain accurate project data in our project management tools • Assist in mentoring Level I specialists and contribute to process improvements based on hands-on experience • Flex into the support queue during low-volume implementation periods to support the broader team
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary relationship owner • Deliver against and exceed revenue and bookings targets • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Build and maintain a strong pipeline (~2.5x coverage) • Strengthening long-term client relationships and customer satisfaction • Collaborate cross-functionally for delivery and customer success • Act as a trusted advisor to clients • Identify internal growth and process improvement opportunities
• Gather technical and business requirements from product leaders, engineering, and commercial stakeholders • Write clear, well-structured product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate ambiguous business needs into actionable specifications. • Partner with product leaders to prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and commercial value. • Facilitate the transition of requirements into product development by working closely with engineering teams through grooming, sprint planning, and delivery. • Document edge cases, integration points, and provisioning workflows across products to reduce inconsistency and access-control fragmentation. • Support competitive and internal research on entitlement frameworks, packaging models to inform platform design. • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to product and engineering stakeholders.
• Owning and managing incidents and service requests from start to finish, including high-priority customer cases • Troubleshooting technical issues across platforms and workflows, including EDI and supply-chain-related document flows • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, including participation in client calls • Contributing to service quality improvements by identifying recurring issues and preventative actions
Role Description The ideal candidate for our Senior Contracts Specialist role will have experience negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts and managing a high-volume automated contracting process. Contract types include: - Software as a service (SaaS) agreements - Reseller and referral agreements - Amendments - Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) - And more This role will engage and collaborate cross-functionally with other business units at all levels throughout the global organization to ensure that contracts follow the required processes and adequately protect the company’s interests. This role will also be the first line to interpret contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposure while advising the business as to the appropriate course of action. What You’ll Do - Contract Management and Execution (70%) - Negotiate and draft agreements including SaaS agreements, reseller and referral agreements, NDAs, and other contracts. - Review and negotiate agreements with suppliers, customers, and other third parties. - Assist in the maintenance of contract forms and contract processes. - Communicate with internal departments to coordinate contract reviews and approvals. - Ensure that contract provisions are clear and conform to company policies, contract law, and applicable regulations. - Identify and report potential risk associated with customer and supplier contracts. - Assist in assessment of customer and corporate risk. - Other Legal Duties (30%) - Support finance, people team, facilities, risk management (including insurance), and legal initiatives such as litigation and merger and acquisition activities, as requested. - Assist with corporate governance. Qualifications - 3–5 years (mid-level) of contract review and management experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company preferred. - Experience in SaaS and cloud-based deployment business models preferred. - Must have hands-on experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts through both negotiated contracts with sophisticated customers and automated contract processes. - Must have ability to identify problems and engage others toward solutions. - Experience developing and maintaining strong, professional working relationships with the sales organization and other internal stakeholders. - Experience and flexibility working across cultures and time zones a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience communicating with executive-level management and sales teams. - Familiarity with contract management and drafting tools. • Own the strategy, systems, and standards that power revenue accuracy at scale for a high‑growth SaaS business. • Oversee TrueCommerce’s revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606. • Lead the revenue accounting function, manage and develop team members, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Operations, Billing, Legal, and external auditors. • Help the finance and accounting team with identifying and implementing solutions that leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency and accuracy in revenue processes. • Review and approve revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables. • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on revenue accounting policies, complex contracts, and technical accounting matters. • Evaluate new products, pricing models, and contract structures to ensure proper accounting treatment. • Identify billing tasks within revenue team and partner with billing team to effectively transition to dedicated billing team. • Lead, coach, and develop a Revenue Accountant, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management. • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations to support scalability and accuracy.
