Technical Account Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team, with a strong focus on building and owning strategic relationships, and driving technical success. As a trusted technical counterpart, you will leverage Transmit’s unique Fraud and Identity Fusion approach to deliver value to our customers, helping them address both business and fraud challenges holistically. You’ll work closely with sales to influence both technical and business outcomes while driving adoption of Transmit’s fraud prevention and identity orchestration solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Account Ownership: - Build and nurture strong relationships with technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor. - Work as part of the sales team to own the technical account relationship and drive success across the sales lifecycle. - Promote Fraud and Identity Fusion: - Highlight the power of Transmit Security’s Fraud and Identity Fusion capabilities, which combine Identity Verification, Fraud Detection, and Customer Behavior Insights. - Demonstrate how this integration reduces fraud while improving customer experiences across all channels. - Strategic Engagement: - Develop long-term, strategic relationships with customers by delivering fraud insights and identity management solutions tailored to their needs. - Ensure they experience the business value of balancing fraud prevention and customer convenience. - Technical Presentations & Demos: - Lead technical product demonstrations and proof of concept presentations, showcasing how Transmit’s fusion of identity management and fraud detection enhances security and operational efficiency while improving the customer journey. - Pre-Sales Guidance: - Provide expert guidance throughout the sales process, demonstrating how risk-adaptive customer journeys, fraud telemetry, and dynamic rules can support both fraud prevention and customer experience goals. - Collaborative Sales Process: - Work in close collaboration with sales and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to successful deployment. - Address any technical objections by aligning Transmit’s platform capabilities with customer needs. - Solution Customization: - Customize solutions that leverage Transmit’s native AI/ML-powered services, risk-informed customer journeys, and fraud detection tools, ensuring that customers achieve maximum business value. - Account Strategy Support: - Support account strategy by helping customers deploy rapid, fraud-resistant identity solutions that are adaptive, secure, and compliant. Qualifications - 3-5 years of sales engineering experience, with a strong understanding of both identity management and fraud prevention. - Proven success in building strategic relationships, acting as a technical counterpart to sales and influencing decision-makers. - Technical expertise in delivering customized technical presentations and proof of concept workshops focused on fraud and identity orchestration. - Understanding of IAM and fraud prevention concepts: Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), User Lifecycle Management, Fraud Detection, Risk-Adaptive Journeys, and Customer Behavior Insights. - Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their integration with security solutions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes. - Collaborative mindset, with experience working across sales and technical teams to deliver holistic solutions.
