Role Description As the Product Marketing Manager for Transmit Security’s human and non-human Identity Platform, you’ll own the go-to-market (GTM) success of our core identity and agentic AI platforms. Your role sits at the intersection of product innovation and customer impact, where you’ll define how our platform is positioned, messaged, and brought to market—both strategically and tactically. - Own messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation, storytelling, and GTM strategy for Predictive AI, trust, IDV, and human and non-human identity. - Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales Engineering, Demand Gen, etc.) to build buyer use cases, demo narratives, collateral, technical content, and field enablement materials. - Develop buyer-focused assets like technical comparisons, FAQs, data sheets, and enablement docs for technical buyers: CISOs, security architects, product leaders. - Engage with analysts, support submissions to Gartner, Forrester, and contribute insights or surveys for inclusion in thought-leadership reports and research. - Deliver webinars, conference talks, demo architecture, support technical evaluations and POCs with customers and internal teams. - Collect client and field feedback to shape product positioning and roadmap aligned with market needs and GTM strategy. Qualifications - 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/platform technical marketing, product marketing, product management or relevant/related field or discipline. - Proficiency in storytelling, messaging, architecting demo experiences, developing technical narratives, and communicating to security/technical audiences. - Proven ability to influence technical buyers including CISOs, security architects, and global identity/fraud leaders. - Strong collaborator with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and field teams and a bias toward ownership and execution. Requirements - Experience with analyst relations or contributing to placement in research waves/quadrants. - Expertise in AI, agentic tooling, CIAM, fraud prevention, identity verification, or identity orchestration platforms. - Familiarity with authentication, user management and authorization standards and concepts. - Track record crafting streamlined omnichannel identity experiences in fast-paced enterprise environments. An overview of this roleAs a GTM Planning & Operations Analyst, you'll support GitLab's go to market planning, target setting, and compensation design, as well as the associated analytics and tools.
