• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

• Support PMA-290 Mission Systems Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in support of Combat and Mission Systems. • CONOPS analysis, requirements decomposition, software development plan and schedule, and program execution efforts meeting 100% of Fleet expectations. • Develop technical capabilities roadmaps. • Participate in ECP/TD development, approval, and implementation. • Generate engineering and technical analyses, requirements UI designs, change proposals, and other technical documentation as required. • Assist in troubleshooting the P-8A Mission Systems and Combat Systems when malfunctions and failures are reported by Fleet customers. • Assist in on-going implementation of the Agile Development methodology. • Support all efforts to remove impediments of the engineering team to ensure on time delivery and completion of sprints and deliverables (A003). • Support the development, design, and architecture recommendations for current and future PEO C4I Software (SW) and hardware (HW) baselines. • Decompose high level CDP's (Correction of Deficiency Packages) into requirements and use cases that can be developed against by the SW team. • Consult with SME's of different onboard systems to facilitate working groups to define fleet desires into concrete workable tasks. • Assist SW team in defining scope of work and definition of done through iterative requirements approval meetings. • Create use case documentation to demonstrate proposed changes for stakeholder approval and SW team decomposition.

• Support DevSecOps and Software Engineers in developing secure platforms and effectively communicating regarding the risk posture of the platforms. • Support of full RMF lifecycle for authorization and re-authorization of existing and novel capabilities including regular communication with stakeholders and authorizing personnel. • Identification and reduction of system vulnerabilities to achieve compliance objectives. • Mentorship and proliferation of cybersecurity culture within team.

• May require short to medium term deployments (up to 6 months) in austere environments. • May require up to 70% travel. • Maintain proactive analysis and preventative maintenance of customer VSAT, Voice, Video and network systems worldwide to include hardware configurations; adding, removing, and replacing hardware components; use of hardware and software diagnostic tools; cable infrastructure installation and maintenance; and software upgrades and maintenance. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain customer systems globally as needed. • Assist in maintaining inventory of customer assigned equipment worldwide. • Conduct fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components. • Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required. • Provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel. • Actively seek program/system deficiencies to provide input on methods for the improvement of internal processes. • Prepare necessary technical documentation support, including but not limited to technical management plans, status reports, troubleshooting guides, and more. • Follow established workflows for software, document, and process updates. • Ability to work effectively with Employees and Management of all levels, to include multi-national staff, superiors, and ranking Military Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs).

• Support DOW Customers by developing, administering, and sustaining SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions. • Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, forms, repositories, workflows, and knowledge structures. • Ensure program information is accurate, searchable, secure, and accessible to authorized stakeholders. • Use effective metadata, taxonomy, version control, document control, and role-based access management practices. • Create dashboards, reports, SharePoint views, and data summaries to support program and financial visibility.

• Sigma Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead the coordination, consolidation, quality control, and submission of customer and contract deliverables supporting DOW customers. • This position ensures deliverables are accurate, audit-ready, properly formatted, and compliant with contractual requirements, customer standards, and program governance processes. • The role manages structured document review and submission workflows, maintains version control and traceability, and supports timely delivery of reports, plans, meeting materials, action items, procurement-related packages, and transition documentation. • The Program Manager works closely with program, finance, contracts, operations, and technical teams to ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and ready for customer review.

• Support project administration, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and tracking activities. • Prepare kickoff materials, meeting minutes, reports, MSR inputs, and structured stakeholder notes. • Capture meeting notes, decisions, risks, issues, action items, and follow-up requirements. • Maintain project trackers, schedules, records, reports, and document repositories. • Track milestones, deliverables, staffing actions, transition activities, and financial reporting inputs. • Compile technical, management, security, and financial information for stakeholder review. • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, attendance, and follow-up actions. • Support preparation and routing of approval packages. • Prepare trip reports documenting traveler information, approval authority, objectives, costs, and knowledge gained. • Organize and submit meeting reports, project records, and customer-facing documentation. • Identify project issues, shortfalls, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Operate as a Business partner to each of the divisions by supporting company level budgeting and forecasting, tracking of actuals against budget, and supporting with variance analysis to understand key drivers of deviations. • Manage and oversee the project setup process, invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract accounting. • Work closely with the operations team to support customer budgeting, invoicing, proposals, and adhoc requests. • Consult to operations as needed on strategy and business decisions. • Provide areas where contract leadership team needs to focus to maintain budget and increase margins. • Develop reports to provide executive leadership a snapshot of the current financial picture as well as the operations team. • Provide expertise in Business Planning and development of Power BI models.

Sigma Defense is currently seeking a multi-faceted Senior Database Developer whose primary responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving the database layers of the NTIRA software system. The flexibility to proactively gather and balance current needs as well as providing forward-thinking improvements to the system will be a critical skill in this role. The bulk of the work will focus on working with a small team to provide SQL Server database development in a web-based environment, including the ability to design, code, test and implement SQL stored procedures, consolidate views from multiple database tables, build complex queries from existing database tables, and design database tables and schemas to support web application development within a Microsoft SQL Server database environment. As such, there will likely be work outside the database domain required. NTIRA is a module-based decision aid tool to facilitate knowledge discovery and management for C5I stakeholders in requirements generation, acquisition management and resource planning.
