Role Description HYPR is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute wherever the team needs them. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain key product components while collaborating with peers and contributing as an individual contributor. You'll work on HYPR's industry-leading security products, deployed at several Fortune 500 companies. These include: - Identity verification solution - Open Standards implementations of passwordless authentication to help customers build secure environments - W3C-compliant authentication servers - Next-generation application management and analytics If you're passionate about security, scalable architectures, and impactful engineering, HYPR will be a great fit for you. What you will do in this role: - Design, develop and deploy SaaS services and web front ends, with a focus on scalability and performance - Own features end-to-end—from understanding requirements and designing solutions to deployment and production support - Implement comprehensive automated testing at the component level and collaborate with SDET(s) - Participate in on-call rotation, handling initial triage and escalating if not an SME - Research new technologies and solutions to improve existing products and explore new directions Qualifications - Expert-Level Java SE 17+ and Spring - Kubernetes or another container orchestration platform - Cloud-first development experience (AWS, Azure or similar) - Storage: relational and NoSQL (MySQL, Oracle, Dynamo, Redis or similar) - Strong understanding of data structures, clean code, modularity, and design patterns - Experience designing and scaling distributed services with high reliability, low latency, and clear SLA boundaries - Comfortable working in complex authentication or identity flows involving multiple services - Full-stack experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework - Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing Requirements - Interest in identity verification and authentication standards like OAuth, WebAuthn, PKI and similar - Experience with computer vision, liveness detection or ML-assisted verification workflows - Infra As Code (IAC) tool (Terraform, Helm, AWS Cloud formation) - 10+ years of development designing, building and maintaining enterprise web-based platform that serve over 100K users. Can be SaaS or On premise. - BS/MS in computer science or software engineering field. • Collaborate with the cross-functional team, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications to deliver new features for our mobile App that are well architected and high quality • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application • Produce efficient, elegant, and testable code based on requirements • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software • Observe and compile user feedback to improve software performance and to recommend improvements to existing software • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints to meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting for streamlined processes. • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems, building custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions. • Create dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Design and optimize data models, data connections, and ETL pipelines; implement automated reporting and performance monitoring. • Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain Zoho Flow automations and custom integrations between Zoho apps and external platforms.
