The Equipment Strategy Business Planning Analyst provides strategic, analytical, and operational support for biomedical equipment planning, investment decisions, and fleet management. This role leverages advanced data analytics, business intelligence tools, and Red Cross business systems to assess equipment availability, capital planning needs, budget status, and business unit capabilities. The analyst develops quantitative and qualitative insights to support complex business decisions, multi-million-dollar investment planning, and long-range equipment strategy. Working closely with executive-level Biomedical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the position identifies business challenges, diagnoses barriers through complex analysis, and delivers actionable recommendations that improve operational effectiveness and resource allocation. The role requires expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise business systems, as well as the ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to drive data-informed decision making and strategic planning. Additionally, the analyst supports business operations, planning initiatives, and organizational objectives through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership support.
