About the Role: The Third-Party & Partner Program Manager will be accountable for the end to end management of third party operating partners supporting commercial finance program, with a primary focus on Loan Servicing Providers (LSP’s) and other critical operating partners. This role ensures partners operate as a true extension of Pathward’s commercial finance platform – delivering consistent service, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and scalable growth. This leader owns partner performance, risk oversight, contractual alignment, and strategic engagement. What You Will Do: - Owns the end-to-end operating partner relationship, serving as the single point of accountability for performance, delivery quality, risk and strategic alignment for assigned commercial finance operating partners. Develops relationships with the partner executive team and facilitates connections across the companies as appropriate. - Develops and executes a comprehensive vendor and partner management plan aligned with organizational goals, (focusing on quality, throughput, risk management, and cost-effectiveness), including how performance will be measured and improved over time. - Supports the Path to Revenue by assisting with the vendor and partner selection processes, including proposal evaluation, and due diligence to ensure alignment with business needs and standards. - Builds and maintains partner specific operating plans that align partner delivery to commercial finance strategy, including targets, initiatives, dependencies, and required support. (includes minimum monthly performance management meetings) - Establishes, monitors and manages KPIs that demonstrate vendor and partner performance and implements corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular reviews, drive corrective actions, and ensure sustained partner improvement. - Leads third-party risk identification for assigned partners and work with business relationship leaders and control functions to develop remediation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Acts as the primary liaison with the partner for any internal or external audit needs. - Oversees the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts as well as renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. - Works closely with internal stakeholders to align vendor and partner management practices with overall business strategy. - Identifies opportunities for process improvements within vendor and partner management practices, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize servicing workflows, reporting, controls and overall operational efficiency. - Maintains continuous communication and readiness, ensuring issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly. - Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; preferred. - 8 years Vendor Management experience, ideally in financial services. - Strong understanding of vendor management principles, contract negotiation, and risk management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Experience with vendor management software and tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. About the Role: Responsible for underwriting loans in a timely manner, resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship. Facilitate the booking of new loans, ensuring customers understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities. What You Will Do: - Underwrite the entire spectrum of lending products, regardless of size or complexity, in a timely and efficient manner. - Understand and apply credit policies and minimum underwriting standards. - Collaborate closely with the various Business Development Officers to provide a consultative/value-added credit perspective, both prior to proposal issuance and thereafter. - Review and analyze new deal packages for content and completeness and conduct initial interviews with prospects. - Order and review due diligence and documentation. - Review and analyze financial statement spreads and understand cash flows. - Review field examinations and understand collateral and financial trends indicated therein. - Visit prospect locations and meet management of the business prior to closing for transactions over a predetermined amount. - Gain a thorough understanding of the prospect's business and the company's asset conversion cycle. - Review reporting requirements and processing with clients. • Analyze debtor information in conjunction with Debtor Credit Manager. - Prepare the credit narrative for appropriate approval. • Conduct and document the pre-funding process and oversee the efforts of the Client Analyst assigned to the transaction. - Oversee closing documentation process and effectively negotiate with prospect. - Mentor and train analysts, field examiners and less experienced business development representatives. - Other duties as assigned. About the Role: The Vice President, BSA/AML Operations is responsible for the leadership, execution, and oversight of Pathward’s Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) operational function, ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML regulations, and OCC supervisory expectations. This role provides senior‑level management over alert and case investigations arising from SAM‑related triggers and ensures that Pathward maintains a well‑governed, risk‑based, and sustainable monitoring and reporting framework. Responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program. What You Will Do: - Provides direct oversight of managers responsible for SAM alert review, case investigations, SAR reporting, and CTR reporting activities. - Oversees investigations generated through Actimize and FCRM transaction monitoring systems. - Manages operational performance across alerts, cases, SARs, CTRs, and regulatory responsiveness, ensuring adherence to established SLAs and quality standards. - Serves as a key operational leader within Pathward’s Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Program, partnering closely with Compliance, Technology, Data Analytics, Program Management, and Assurance functions. - Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive BSA/AML policies, procedures, and controls - Assist in overseeing various components of the BSA/AML program including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, AML and sanctions screening, and suspicious activity reporting, where applicable - Participate in risk assessments to identify and evaluate BSA/AML risks across products, services, customers, and geographic locations - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance program effectiveness Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight & Investigations - Ensure alerts and cases are reviewed, investigated, documented, and dispositioned in accordance with Pathward policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accountability for: - SAM alerts and case investigations - SAR identification, preparation, review, and timely filing - CTR accuracy and timeliness - Escalation of investigations requiring Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) - Ensure timely, complete, and defensible responses to: - 314(a) information requests - Law enforcement inquiries - Subpoenas and regulatory requests Governance, Metrics & Board Reporting - Develop, maintain, and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management committees and the Board, including: - Alert and case volumes and aging - SLA performance and exceptions - SAR and CTR filing trends - Staffing capacity and productivity - Emerging typologies and risk trends - Translate operational data into clear, risk‑focused narratives aligned with OCC expectations for senior management and Board oversight. About the Role: Field Exam is the focal point for controlling risk and disseminating information gained from onsite examination of Pathward’s Working Capital Clients.
