About the Role: The Third-Party & Partner Program Manager will be accountable for the end to end management of third party operating partners supporting commercial finance program, with a primary focus on Loan Servicing Providers (LSP’s) and other critical operating partners. This role ensures partners operate as a true extension of Pathward’s commercial finance platform – delivering consistent service, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and scalable growth. This leader owns partner performance, risk oversight, contractual alignment, and strategic engagement. What You Will Do: - Owns the end-to-end operating partner relationship, serving as the single point of accountability for performance, delivery quality, risk and strategic alignment for assigned commercial finance operating partners. Develops relationships with the partner executive team and facilitates connections across the companies as appropriate. - Develops and executes a comprehensive vendor and partner management plan aligned with organizational goals, (focusing on quality, throughput, risk management, and cost-effectiveness), including how performance will be measured and improved over time. - Supports the Path to Revenue by assisting with the vendor and partner selection processes, including proposal evaluation, and due diligence to ensure alignment with business needs and standards. - Builds and maintains partner specific operating plans that align partner delivery to commercial finance strategy, including targets, initiatives, dependencies, and required support. (includes minimum monthly performance management meetings) - Establishes, monitors and manages KPIs that demonstrate vendor and partner performance and implements corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular reviews, drive corrective actions, and ensure sustained partner improvement. - Leads third-party risk identification for assigned partners and work with business relationship leaders and control functions to develop remediation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Acts as the primary liaison with the partner for any internal or external audit needs. - Oversees the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts as well as renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. - Works closely with internal stakeholders to align vendor and partner management practices with overall business strategy. - Identifies opportunities for process improvements within vendor and partner management practices, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize servicing workflows, reporting, controls and overall operational efficiency. - Maintains continuous communication and readiness, ensuring issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly. - Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; preferred. - 8 years Vendor Management experience, ideally in financial services. - Strong understanding of vendor management principles, contract negotiation, and risk management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Experience with vendor management software and tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Salary range: $104,000– $174,000 The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The Position The Program Development and Knowledge Manager is responsible for leading and managing all proposals development efforts for the Haiti office, including modifying/expanding existing programs and launching new programmatic initiatives and knowledge management of the Haiti program. This involves leading the process of developing narratives, budgets, and relevant attachments and coordinating inputs from all other staff relevant to the initiative at the field and global office levels. The Manager also identifies partners for partnership and implementation of programs to grow the humanitarian/development portfolio and ensure further expansion of the Country Program. Living Conditions / Environmental Conditions The position is based in Port-au-Prince. Housing is provided, and the role is eligible to hardship and R&R. Haiti is a country of 11 million people and is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. The country has been wracked by a series of major natural disasters since 2010 including earthquakes, hurricanes, and drought. A new government is in place for the next two years which is anticipated to reduce instability, however occasional violent demonstrations and flare-ups in crime can occur. Haiti suffers from chronic high unemployment, severe environmental degradation, food insecurity, and health issues like cholera exacerbated by low levels of access to water and poor infrastructure. Nonetheless, Haiti also has great beauty including beaches and mountainous national parks. Its international airport provides daily flights to multiple destinations in the US, as well as access to Dominican Republic, Canada, Paris, Cuba, Panama, Turks and Caicos Islands, and other locations in the Caribbean. The Capital city, Port au Prince, is estimated at around 2.5 million people. Although infrastructure is also poor in the capital, comfortable housing with water and electricity is readily available. There are many places to eat in all price ranges, as well as shops and supermarkets which are comparable to a US supermarket. Self-drive is permitted, however driving can be challenging, and traffic is often very heavy. Mercy Corps Team members represent the agency both during and outside of work hours when deployed in a field posting.
