Role Description We're hiring a Senior Monetization Manager to optimize monetization and revenue yield across our growing portfolio of mobile apps, with a primary focus on subscription and paywall monetization across iOS and Android, backed by strong programmatic ad monetization experience. This is a highly strategic and analytical role, working cross-functionally with product, data and analytics, growth, and engineering to ensure Mode is maximizing subscription and ad revenue, LTV, and retention across our app portfolio. The Senior Monetization Manager will own and grow our subscription monetization strategy: - Managing pricing and packaging, paywall experimentation, subscriber lifecycle and retention/win-back programs, and vendor relationships (RevenueCat, Superwall). - Applying hands-on programmatic ad monetization experience, particularly with AdMob, to help balance subscription and ad revenue streams across our portfolio. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in subscription monetization, pricing strategy, or growth roles at a mobile app or subscription-based company. - Hands-on experience with paywall experimentation and subscription pricing across iOS and Android, with strong working knowledge of RevenueCat and/or Superwall. - Hands-on programmatic ad monetization experience, with strong working knowledge of AdMob (mediation, ad units, yield optimization) as well as SSPs, ad servers, and auction-based monetization strategies. - Strong familiarity with Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Superwall, AppLovin MAX, AdMob, and other related subscription and ad-centric tools. - AI-native: you default to AI tools to work faster and at greater scale, and actively look for ways to build them into your day-to-day workflow. - Proven track record of optimizing subscription and ad monetization performance (conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn, eCPM/fill rate) and delivering incremental revenue. - Strong ownership mindset, highly organized, and able to drive multiple workstreams in parallel while operating cross-functionally. Role Description This role reports directly to the General Manager - NGL and will develop strategy and roadmap, rally the team, oversee execution, and analyze the results. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage communications and ad deliverables with our marketing partners. This role requires an individual who can efficiently coordinate marketing campaigns in line with our guidelines, route traffic creatives to the appropriate channels, manage marketing spend and agreements, and ensure seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns. The General Manager of Mode Market Research will build this business from the ground up, own multiple revenue streams, and turn underutilized data assets into meaningful profit centers. The GM of Mode Market Research will own four data monetization segments and one existing web product. Role Description Own and scale NGL’s revenue, funnels, and lifecycle growth by turning traffic into durable, monetizable user behavior. You will run growth as a system…from acquisition through retention…while protecting the viral mechanics that make NGL work. This role is measured in metrics shipped, not features shipped.
