Role Description Mode Media, the performance marketing division of Mode Mobile, is seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Affiliate Manager to help manage and grow our performance partnerships. This role will support both advertiser relationships and affiliate/network partnerships while helping optimize campaign performance, revenue, and partner profitability. What You’ll Do - Drive revenue growth across Mode Media’s performance marketing partnerships by: - Managing relationships with affiliate networks and direct advertisers - Supporting campaign launches and tracking implementation - Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics (EPC, CPA, CVR, revenue) - Ensuring traffic quality, compliance, and partner satisfaction Key Responsibilities - Affiliate & Network Partner Management - Manage relationships with affiliate networks and performance partners - Evaluate new offers and campaigns from networks for monetization opportunities - Monitor partner performance, including EPC, CTR, CVR, and revenue contribution - Identify scaling opportunities and optimize traffic allocation - Ensure compliance with advertiser requirements and partner policies - Advertiser Account Management - Support onboarding of new direct advertisers and performance partners - Coordinate tracking setup, including pixels, postbacks, and campaign configuration - Monitor campaign performance, including CPA, approval rates, revenue, and partner ROI - Work with advertisers and networks to optimize payouts, targeting, and campaign structure - Campaign Optimization & Performance - Analyze campaign data across email, mobile, and web traffic sources - Identify performance trends, optimization opportunities, and revenue gaps - Assist with A/B testing initiatives and offer placement strategies - Adjust traffic allocation and campaign positioning to maximize revenue - Reporting & Analysis - Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports - Track revenue trends and partner-level profitability - Monitor approval rates, EPC trends, and campaign health - Flag anomalies or tracking discrepancies - Relationship Management - Maintain regular communication with advertisers, networks, and partners - Act as a liaison between internal teams, including sales, ad operations, and product - Help resolve issues related to tracking, billing, campaign approvals, and compliance Qualifications - 1–3 years of industry experience in affiliate/performance marketing required; candidates without this background will not be considered - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Working knowledge of performance marketing KPIs, including EPC, CPA, CVR, and ROI - Familiarity with platforms such as Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, or similar tracking tools - Strong communication and organizational skills - Detail-oriented with a performance-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with affiliate networks or performance advertisers - Exposure to CPA, CPL, CPI, or revenue share monetization models - Experience with email marketing or mobile performance traffic - Understanding of fraud prevention and compliance standards Key Competencies - Data-driven decision making rooted in performance metrics - Commercial awareness of how marketing levers impact revenue - Relationship building with internal teams and external partners - Operational discipline across tracking, reporting, and execution - Calm, effective problem-solving under pressure What We Are Offering - We are a 100% remote-first, global company. - A competitive compensation package. - We offer generous perks & benefits to team members. - Participation in the Company's equity plan (for full-time team members). - We provide individual bonuses in accordance with our Company Bonus Program. - Work with energetic, passionate, and results-driven people. - Celebrate team members' personal & work milestones. - Remote social activities, including virtual coffee buddies. - Bonus.ly - we use Bonusly as a way to recognize and reward team members for their hard work and commitment. - Weekly Wednesday Get Stuff Done Days (No Meetings). - Open PTO and generous Company Holidays (for full-time team members). - 5 annual Wellness Fridays.
