Hotel EngineInnovating business travel with a free-to-use hotel booking platform.
• Own the full paid performance portfolio for B2B Travel, covering strategy, execution, and measurement across all channels: search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms. • Drive net-new business sign-ups and improve the rate at which sign-ups convert into first-time bookers, owning both halves of the acquisition motion. • Drive acquisition efficiency, measured against product-line ROAS and LTV:CAC, not channel-level proxies. • Partner across Performance, Analytics, and Product to ensure measurement, attribution, and signal quality reach a high bar across the sign-up and first-booking funnel. • Own the creative testing loop for Travel (hypothesis, variant, scaled winner) in partnership with brand and creative resources. • Lead channel expansion into net-new paid channels (CTV, Spotify and audio, direct mail, emerging platforms) with a structured test-and-graduate framework. • Build and maintain the weekly performance narrative for Travel: what's working, what's not, and what's next. • Coordinate with lifecycle and CRM so paid acquisition hands off cleanly into the customer journey, without owning the email and journey flows yourself. • Use AI tools and workflows to increase throughput: audience building, creative briefing, performance reporting, and in-platform optimization.
Lead GTM Systems Administrator
Hotel EngineInnovating business travel with a free-to-use hotel booking platform.
• Own the Supply GTM stack. Administer the call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms end-to-end — user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting — alongside the Salesforce and iPaaS foundation underneath them. Lead multiple concurrent initiatives, set direction, and make and communicate the trade-offs with precision. • Build declaratively first, code when it counts. Design and ship solutions Flow-first (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows; validation rules; permission-based security). Write lightweight Apex — trigger handlers, small async/batch jobs, and the test coverage to back them — and build Lightning Web Components for custom UI where declarative tooling falls short. Know when not to write code. • Guard data integrity across the stack. Own accurate sync and data quality between Salesforce and the tools — enrichment data, call/activity capture, and sequence engagement flowing cleanly into the CRM. Monitor system health, diagnose sync failures at the root cause, and build the guardrails that keep the data clean. • Design scalable processes. Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to turn manual, ad hoc outbound workflows into durable, scalable automation aligned to business goals. • Set the standard and raise the team. Define admin standards, documentation, and conventions for the stack. Mentor more junior admins, serve as the escalation point for complex tooling issues, and coach the team through tricky cross-functional decisions. • Lead tool evaluation and rollout. Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tooling for the stack, choosing the right tool for the problem and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
• Build, maintain, and improve Engine X's core performance dashboards; covering card activation rates, spend volume, gross booking value, rewards utilization, spend category breakdowns, and cardholder retention. • Track and report on key Engine X metrics on a regular cadence, ensuring stakeholders across product, finance, and leadership have accurate and timely visibility into card performance. • Investigate data anomalies and surface findings clearly; when a metric moves unexpectedly, you diagnose it, document what you found, and communicate it before it becomes a question someone else is asking. • Write and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from Snowflake across card transaction logs, booking activity, rewards ledger data, and cardholder activation events. • Build and document reusable data models and reporting assets that the team can rely on — well-structured, well-named, and built to last beyond the person who created them. • Support A/B tests and product experiments by setting up the analytical framework, pulling results accurately, and presenting findings in a format that informs a clear decision. • Partner with senior analysts and product managers to scope analytical requests, understand what's being asked, and deliver work that's precise, complete, and ready to act on. • Collaborate with analytics engineering and data engineering to flag data quality issues, validate pipeline outputs, and ensure the underlying data powering Engine X reporting is reliable. • Develop and maintain clear documentation for the metrics and models you own, definitions, logic, known limitations, and refresh cadences, so the team always knows what the numbers mean.
Senior Product Analyst, Omni
Hotel EngineInnovating business travel with a free-to-use hotel booking platform.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments across the Omni funnel — from hypothesis definition and instrumentation validation through results analysis and recommendation. • Proactively surface insights to product managers: anomalies in booking behavior, partner conversion degradation, funnel drop-offs, and pricing patterns that signal an opportunity — before anyone asks. • Own deep visibility into the Omni search-to-booking funnel; identify where and why partners and travelers drop off, model the impact of product changes on conversion, and connect funnel performance to revenue outcomes. • Build and maintain analytics that track partner performance across Omni Swift and Halo — activation rates, booking volume, revenue share, API health, and feature adoption. • Analyze how real-time pricing, inventory availability, and AI-driven pricing signals affect search quality, conversion, and revenue; surface patterns that inform pricing strategy and product decisions. • Monitor and analyze API and product health metrics — latency, search response quality, error rates, content deduplication effectiveness — and translate technical signals into product and business implications. • Partner closely with Omni PMs as an embedded analytical resource: contribute to PRDs with data, challenge assumptions with analysis, and ensure the analytical voice is present in every product decision and roadmap prioritization. • Leverage advanced SQL to explore large, complex datasets — booking events, search logs, pricing signals, and partner activity — and uncover key insights at scale. • Independently investigate open-ended product and business questions; identify patterns, quantify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations to product and senior leadership. • Identify instrumentation gaps and partner with engineering to ensure the right events are captured; collaborate with analytics engineering to build clean, reusable data models that enable self-service analysis across the team.
