• Take full accountability for month-end close across loan accounting, this means owning the outcome, not just overseeing the process. • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reporting on close status, open items and risk areas to the Controller, escalating issues proactively with recommended solutions. • Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, and sales with meticulous attention to accuracy and completeness. • Accountable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements, ensure all loan positions are well supported and audit ready documentation at every close. • Design accounting frameworks and policies that are built to scale, anticipating the needs of a growing business, not just solving for today. • Partner with Technical Accounting to establish and maintain policies and controls that hold up under audit and regulatory scrutiny. • Support new product launches by thinking through the full accounting lifecycle from day one, so that downstream processes are clean and defensible from the start. • Identify risks and opportunities in our accounting infrastructure before they become problems, and develop a roadmap to address them. • Serve as the primary accounting liaison to Product and Engineering on new product launches, evaluating accounting implications from inception and ensuring loan product flows are accurately reflected in the ledger from day one. • Manage and grow a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable with both directness and care. • Leverage large, complex data sets to investigate and resolve reconciliation variances, driving root cause analysis and implementing long term solutions. • Work with the Director of Internal Controls on design, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of SOX controls across loan accounting processes to ensure control effectiveness and audit readiness.

• Own month-end close across loan accounting and digital asset activity • Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, and sales, along with crypto and wallet-based transactions • Manage reconciliations across loans, custodial records, and blockchain-based assets • Partner with Product and Data to map product flows to the ledger and improve data integrity • Drive automation across reporting, reconciliations, and transaction tracking • Maintain accounting policies, controls, and documentation in partnership with Technical Accounting • Support new product launches with scalable accounting design • Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

• Perform Quality Assurance reviews on Figure’s lending products, such as HELOCs and DSCR loans • Assist with monthly QA/QC reporting, data analysis, and defect trending within QA/QC software and tools • Recommend underwriting and change-management enhancements based on QA audit results and industry/investor product changes • Underwrite Figure loan files for income calculations, assets, red flags, credit, and collateral. • Review file data integrity and identify defects in the loan production process • Perform credit analysis, ensuring all loans meet agency and investor eligibility • Review pre-closing loan documents to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local compliance requirements and regulations • Work closely with Lending Operations on trending defects and remediation

• Provide leadership in legal affairs for markets and products, providing sound advice on federal and state securities, banking, and insurance laws and rules • Provide day-to-day legal, business, and strategic advice to internal markets-focused teams, addressing challenges and offering solutions in the development and implementation of groundbreaking Real-World Asset digital tokens and related financial products and services • Offer comprehensive legal guidance throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to launch, operation, and eventual sunset, aiding in both the construction and, when necessary, the dismantling of products • Remain up-to-date on existing and changing relevant digital assets, blockchain, securities, and technology laws and regulations to ensure compliance therewith • Develop and deliver both forward-looking and ad hoc guidance to the marketing and design teams regarding matters pertaining to the product lifecycle and other related initiatives. • Establish or continue to build strong and positive relationships with affiliates and other ecosystem players for effective product lifecycle

• Design and implement robust data models that transform raw servicing logs into structured, "gold-standard" datasets. You will ensure our servicing data is clean, organized, and optimized for both reporting and advanced analytics. • Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor delinquency trends, roll rates, and recovery performance using the structured datasets you’ve engineered. • Elevate our analytics toolkit by writing high-performance BigQuery SQL and designing intuitive Tableau dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions in real-time. • Create and document standardized data schemas that make insights repeatable across the company, ensuring a "single source of truth" for all servicing-related metrics. • Act as the analytical backbone for the Servicing team, translating complex operational workflows into logical data structures that drive measurable financial outcomes.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles • Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates • Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organization and follow-through • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward • Deliver a clear, responsive, and positive candidate experience from outreach through offer • Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress • Write, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms • Monitor funnel metrics and identify ways to improve conversion and candidate flow • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles • Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices

• Record journal entries related to loan activity and perform account reconciliations for a number of loan related accounts ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and proposing solutions when needed. • Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, conduct analyses, and validate data integrity. • Develop and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls. • Assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing ongoing support. • Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues. • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and control procedures • Drive process improvement and design of automation solutions to further streamline real-time financial data for decision making. • Contribute to various ad hoc projects as the company grows.

• Develop and optimize generative AI technologies to streamline, automate, and optimize Figure • Train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions trained on our expansive proprietary data. • Develop custom models and algorithms to apply to large datasets, as well as processes for monitoring and analyzing their performance. • Mine and analyze data to build and train ML models that optimize customer experiences, customer acquisition, underwriting and other business outcomes. • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes. • Collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.

• Manage the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements and other required filings, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL tagging. • Prepare or review supporting schedules for financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A sections. • Prepare disclosure checklists and tie-out documentation for SEC filings. • Maintain the reporting calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables to meet deadlines. • Lead the review process with legal, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment. • Drive continuous improvement across the reporting function: streamlining processes, simplifying disclosures, and implementing best practices. • Help establish and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting. • Assist in preparing internal management and investor reports, as well as materials for the Audit Committee. • Support regulator inquiries and information requests, as needed. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of risk and improvement. • Partner closely with executive leadership, legal, investor relations, and auditors to deliver high-quality reporting. • Promote a culture of learning, ownership, and operational excellence within the controllership team and broader finance. • Research and assess new accounting standards and SEC requirements, translating complex guidance into practical application. • Provide technical accounting guidance to finance and cross-functional teams as needed. • Support ad-hoc financial reporting initiatives and other strategic projects as the company scales.
