• Lead the architecture and delivery of PRIME through the Hastra protocol. • Design and build core protocol services across RWA DeFi, tokenization, settlement, and cross-chain infrastructure. • Own technical direction for new Hastra DeFi projects, from early design through production launch. • Develop production systems using Golang, Rust, Solidity, and related blockchain infrastructure. • Expand Hastra’s protocol footprint across Solana, Ethereum, and additional native chain ecosystems. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and protocol partners to define requirements, timelines, and delivery plans. • Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders, including practical timeline estimates and tradeoff analysis. • Operate protocol infrastructure with strong monitoring, observability, and incident readiness using tools such as Datadog, Hypernative, and other DeFi monitoring platforms. • Review architecture, code, vendor integrations, and protocol design decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability. • Mentor engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the codebase.

• Oversee the company’s multi-state mortgage lending and consumer lending license portfolio via the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and individual state portals. • Manage the research, preparation, and submission of new corporate, branch, and individual MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license applications as the company expands. • Lead the timely preparation, validation, and submission of all required state annual reports, quarterly Mortgage Call Reports (MCR), and financial condition filings. • Partner with internal Data, Operations, and Finance teams to pull, audit, and reconcile loan production and servicing data to ensure 100% accurate regulatory reporting. • Manage required material change notifications to state regulators regarding corporate structure, executive leadership, or business activities. • Serve as the primary liaison and Lead Project Manager for all state regulatory examinations (e.g., routine compliance audits, financial exams). • Coordinate internal data-room preparation, gathering loan files, policies, procedures, and corporate records requested by examiners. Pre-review materials for quality assurance. • Draft formal responses to examination findings and collaborate with business units to implement corrective action plans, tracking them through to successful resolution.

• Design and implement robust data models that transform fragmented marketing spend and application event logs into structured, "gold-standard" datasets. You will ensure our product and acquisition data is clean, organized, and optimized for cross-functional use. • Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel identifying friction points, drop-off behaviors, and opportunities to improve conversion from lead to funded loan. • Elevate our analytics toolkit by writing high-performance BigQuery SQL and designing intuitive Tableau dashboards that empower stakeholders to track KPIs like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Approval Rates, and Origination Volume in real-time. • Partner with Product and Marketing to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, ensuring we make evidence-based decisions on everything from landing page optimization to credit offer presentation. • Act as the analytical backbone for the business, translating complex user behaviors into repeatable, automated insights that drive measurable growth and product-market fit.

• Develop clear, differentiated, and value-driven messaging across Figure’s product portfolio, including mortgage, HELOC, and crypto-backed offerings • Create tailored messaging frameworks for diverse audiences such as homeowners, mortgage partners, financial advisors, and institutional investors • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels and materials, including web content, sales collateral, partner portals, PR, investor decks, and social media • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases across HELOC, mortgage, and crypto product lines • Lead cross-functional launch execution, including enablement decks, one-pagers, FAQs, demos, landing pages, and release notes • Collaborate with Product to manage a transparent release calendar and track success metrics such as activation, adoption, and engagement • Develop educational and thought leadership content that simplifies complex topics and highlights customer value, such as rate advantages, speed, and blockchain efficiency • Create compelling partner and sales enablement materials, including case studies, sales decks, onboarding playbooks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and talk tracks • Collaborate with partners such as IMBs, credit unions, and fintechs to author success stories and drive new business opportunities • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities, inform roadmap decisions, and strengthen Figure’s product differentiation • Work closely with GTM, Product, and Data teams to collect insights from customer segments and market behavior to guide product and marketing strategies

• Assist in the administration of the Bank Secrecy Act and Fraud Program, with primary emphasis on transaction monitoring, fraud incidents and supporting Figure’s obligations related federal law and regulations associated with the reporting of suspicious activity or criminal activity including money laundering, potential terrorist financing, fraudulently obtained loans, and other activities related to banking and lending. • Monitor assigned operational tasks and identify fraud. Minimize loss by taking action, and escalating incidents to management as appropriate. Deploy mitigation strategies as directed that balance customer satisfaction with fraud prevention. • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to bank secrecy and anti-money laundering appropriate to the position. • Evaluate customer transactions and applications using manual and automated processes for evidence of Fraud and BSA targeted acts. • Escalate incidents and cases to ensure SARs and Elder Abuse Financial Abuse reports are reported within federal timeframes. Maintain compliance with the Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Elder / Dependent Abuse regulations. • Assist in transaction monitoring and the administration and mitigation of alerts.

• Take full accountability for month-end close across loan accounting, this means owning the outcome, not just overseeing the process. • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reporting on close status, open items and risk areas to the Controller, escalating issues proactively with recommended solutions. • Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, and sales with meticulous attention to accuracy and completeness. • Accountable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements, ensure all loan positions are well supported and audit ready documentation at every close. • Design accounting frameworks and policies that are built to scale, anticipating the needs of a growing business, not just solving for today. • Partner with Technical Accounting to establish and maintain policies and controls that hold up under audit and regulatory scrutiny. • Support new product launches by thinking through the full accounting lifecycle from day one, so that downstream processes are clean and defensible from the start. • Identify risks and opportunities in our accounting infrastructure before they become problems, and develop a roadmap to address them. • Serve as the primary accounting liaison to Product and Engineering on new product launches, evaluating accounting implications from inception and ensuring loan product flows are accurately reflected in the ledger from day one. • Manage and grow a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable with both directness and care. • Leverage large, complex data sets to investigate and resolve reconciliation variances, driving root cause analysis and implementing long term solutions. • Work with the Director of Internal Controls on design, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of SOX controls across loan accounting processes to ensure control effectiveness and audit readiness.

• Own month-end close across loan accounting and digital asset activity • Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, and sales, along with crypto and wallet-based transactions • Manage reconciliations across loans, custodial records, and blockchain-based assets • Partner with Product and Data to map product flows to the ledger and improve data integrity • Drive automation across reporting, reconciliations, and transaction tracking • Maintain accounting policies, controls, and documentation in partnership with Technical Accounting • Support new product launches with scalable accounting design • Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

• Perform Quality Assurance reviews on Figure’s lending products, such as HELOCs and DSCR loans • Assist with monthly QA/QC reporting, data analysis, and defect trending within QA/QC software and tools • Recommend underwriting and change-management enhancements based on QA audit results and industry/investor product changes • Underwrite Figure loan files for income calculations, assets, red flags, credit, and collateral. • Review file data integrity and identify defects in the loan production process • Perform credit analysis, ensuring all loans meet agency and investor eligibility • Review pre-closing loan documents to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local compliance requirements and regulations • Work closely with Lending Operations on trending defects and remediation

• Provide leadership in legal affairs for markets and products, providing sound advice on federal and state securities, banking, and insurance laws and rules • Provide day-to-day legal, business, and strategic advice to internal markets-focused teams, addressing challenges and offering solutions in the development and implementation of groundbreaking Real-World Asset digital tokens and related financial products and services • Offer comprehensive legal guidance throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to launch, operation, and eventual sunset, aiding in both the construction and, when necessary, the dismantling of products • Remain up-to-date on existing and changing relevant digital assets, blockchain, securities, and technology laws and regulations to ensure compliance therewith • Develop and deliver both forward-looking and ad hoc guidance to the marketing and design teams regarding matters pertaining to the product lifecycle and other related initiatives. • Establish or continue to build strong and positive relationships with affiliates and other ecosystem players for effective product lifecycle
