Job Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience, with a track record in data/AI delivery leadership (AVP, SAVP, or VP level)
- Strong familiarity with insurance industry data structures; group insurance experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on/architectural knowledge of MS Fabric
- Proficiency across the MS Azure data stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and data warehousing expertise
- Understanding of agentic AI delivery frameworks and practices
- Excellent PowerPoint/deck-building skills for executive and client audiences
- Demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Based on the East Coast (US); able to travel 20–30%
