• Campaign Developer is primarily responsible for execution/implementation of marketing campaigns using RPM Direct proprietary campaign management tool (CampaignDirect) and/or adhoc programmatic workflows. • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle • Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets
