Role Description The Electrical Business Unit Director will lead a Business Unit (BU) focused on electrical BIM/VDC services for US-based projects, with a strong emphasis on mission-critical facilities. - Oversee the strategy, operations, and profitability of the Electrical BU. - Lead a diverse team of Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists, and Modelers focused on US electrical BIM/VDC projects. - Ensure world-class delivery to US clients while building a strong career path and growth experience for team members. - This position reports to the Head of Electrical Trade and the C-suite, and collaborates closely with other BUDs across ENG.
